Restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere but is extremely loud with all the customers talking in such a small area, making it hard to hear family. The server was very nice, but either because they were understaffed for the amount of people there or some other reason, we were left waiting for our check and service for a long while. My family enjoyed their meals, although the chowder was very strange. It seemed to be a mix of cheddar soup and clam chowder (very salty in my opinion). I personally could not eat more then a few bites of my flank steak which left me feeling a touch ill. The steak was very salty, the broccoli robe was a touch bland, and the potatoes were inedible from the shear amount of salt and garlic piled on them (it looked as if you put ten minced garlic cloves onto eight potatoes). Which is a shame cause the plate looked beautiful and the potatoes, at first, looked divine. Hopefully this was a one time error on the kitchen, but I dont see myself going back with all the other wonderful restaurants around.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Drifters in Chatham! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is charming, blending coastal vibes with a cozy, laid-back feel. The food was incredible – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. From the seafood dishes to the cocktails, every bite and sip was a delight. The staff was attentive and friendly, offering great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Whether you're a local or just visiting, Drifters is a must-visit spot in Chatham. Can’t wait to return! Five stars all the way!

Chatham and this area of the cape desperately needed a place like this. The cocktails are incredible, some of the best I’ve had on the cape, and the menu is innovative. The owners really know what they’re doing (coming from the restaurant and bar industry in nyc) and I’m so excited to see this place get the popularity it deserves. Whether you’re looking for a great dinner, or just a fun night out, this is the spot!

My wife and I are staying in Chatham and after a long day we were looking for a late night meal. Now let me clarify by “late night” I mean it was 8:45pm. We first went to the Chatham Squire and arrived around 8:50pm and were told the main dining was closed but we could sit at the bar. We asked if the kitchen was open and she said for another 10mins but it’s an hour wait for food. So we walked to another two locations in Chatham and all kitchens seemed to be closed at 9pm. Until we went to one place that recommended Drifters since their kitchen was known for being open until 10:30pm.

So we ventured the 15min drive to Drifters and couldn’t be more satisfied! They were welcoming and happy to see us and they said their regular menu is until 9:30pm and then it’s their late night menu which consists of apps until 10:30pm. So if you’re in Chatham and looking for a late night meal, come to Drifters. Good quality fresh food and very...

My husband and I have been so excited about Drifters opening in our neighborhood. It is just what we have been wanting- a casual spot to walk to for some drinks and good food. The menu is a decent size and has a variety of small plates that are unique to Cape Cod restaurants, for instance we shared a delicious mushroom barbacoa tostada that we will probably get every time we go. We can’t wait to try the other dishes and are looking forward to them opening for lunch. They plan on being open year round, too! The owners are great people and were fun to chat with, welcome to the...
