On the ice cream side WORST SERVICE EVER!! Me and my partner had just gotten food next door at Dolphins and decided to see what this place was about. They did not greet us upon entry. I had to speak first. I asked what they had and was told but decided I didn’t want anything because of the initial rudeness. Went onto the restaurant side and the young man and woman were extremely polite and helpful. Got our order placed and it was super quick. As I was sitting out in my car waiting I saw another person come out with something from the ice cream side that caught my eye so I went back in to try and give them some business. The guy was at the register ringing out 2 gentleman and the young girl was behind at another counter making 4 cups of elotes. When he was done with the 2 gentleman they walked away and he rang in one more thing shut the register and WALKED AWAY!! Never acknowledged me! Didn’t say give me one minute or anything. Just left me there. I stood there for about 10 minutes. He never came back the young lady saw me didn’t say I’ll be right with you or anything. I just said forget it and left. They are sad for treating paying customers this way. Now about the food I got a chicken burrito and my partner ordered 2 steak and 1 chorizo taco. My burrito wasn’t a burrito at all. It wasn’t wrapped up it was more like a GIANT TACO. It was also super dry and not flavorful. My partners steak tacos were also dry with a little flavor. The chorizo taco was really good. So basically we spent $26 on mediocre food and to be treated poorly by half of the staff. I can’t see myself ever coming back...
Read morePlaced an $80 order online at 7:45PM on March 5th 2025. Got to the restaurant at 8:15 and they told me that their machine was broke and they didn’t get my order. I was understand and ran to run an errand down the road. Came back, picked up my order, and went home. When I got home, the majority of my order was wrong. Both orders of my tacos had wrong ingredients, paid extra to have beans and rice that I never got, paid extra to have chicken on my kids quesadillas and they didnt have chicken on them. Tried calling them and they didn’t answer, tried emailing them and didn’t get an answer. I have been going there since I moved to Chatham area and this was a huge disappointment. They didn’t try to partially refund the order or fix it. Save yourself some time and fine a different Mexican restaurant in the Springfield area. They’re about a dime a dozen. I suggest Xochimilco. They’ve never given me this type of treatment. Willing to bet the staff of Mas Sabares won’t even respond to this review, why would they if they didn’t answer the phone, email, or messages I sent them on...
Read moreUnfortunately my family was able to actually experience anything in this establishment. We were a family of 5 2 adults 3 kids. On kid on crutches. We entered the establishment to be asked if we wanted a booth or table. The table was a small 4 top and putting a chair at the end would have been fine but would of had no surface area on the table for another one. Then we asked not to be seated there. We were then taken to a booth that neither myself or husband could sit in nor could my 12 year old daughter sit at. We wouldn't have even been able to get a chair at the end of the table because it would have been back to back with another individuals chair. So after this my husband was a little upset and walked out. The thing thst got us is there was a huge booth ad soon as you walked in for at least 6 people and it wasn't even offered. We are new to town and have been told to try the establishment. Unfortunately the take take out my husband had and this in person dinning experience we will not be back. My try again sometime...
