This post might be a little long probably out of the ordinary. I wanted to point out a few things for a little restaurant in a small town with not many places to go I didn't expect the customer service that I received. A little something went wrong with my order although they were extremely busy it wasn't that big of a deal the fact that I got extremely great customer service is in fact a big deal. Even though there was in such a rush at the moment I was there I was taken care of by the assistant manager this little lady was extremely nice and very polite would taking care of my order. As an acting assistant manager she showed great leadership and customer service. I have been coming to this restaurant sense it opened 30+ years ago. When I go thru the drive thru my order has never been right. Stopped by tonight I ordered a Conecuh dog mustard only and the girl at the window came back and ask if I wanted onions and peppers and I said no mustard only scrap the onions and peppers off she said there not on it yet. My wife ordered a chili dog onions onions only and she got a chili dog with chili and mustard no onions. I got a conecuh dog loader with onions and peppers no mustard. This has nothing to do with Covid just people don’t care. Judy you need to ride by and make an order and see for yourself what your employees are doing to your business. I was hankering tatar tots, but they were out. Instead I went for a couple biscuts, but they were out. I settled on the corn dog. Which I think made hands itch for a few seconds. When the employees interacted they were very friendly, but there was a long nap when no customers were being told what was going on but the empty order trays were stacking up. I wasn't in a rush, just would have preferred a heads up...
