Burro borracho — Restaurant in Chatom

My husband and I went there on Friday October 21,2022. We had been there one time before and the food and the service were good. We went there last night and when the waitress brought my order and set it on the table I immediately found a hair in my food . I didn't have a chance to say anything before the waitress noticed that I had pulled something off of the top of my plate as soon as she sat my plate down . The waitress walked over to our table and asked me if everything was okay, I tod her what had happened and she immediately went into the kitchen to tell them what had happened. No one came out to apologize or say anything at all . Needless to say we will not go there again ..My Rating for that restaurant is...

Yesterday, Cannot believe I saw a rat on the bathroom floor when I was trying to use the restroom. The food was disgusting and the waiter was very rude,,,,,when we first walked in the waiter and the cooks in the back was laughing and talking about us Spanish and they didn’t know we speak Spanish,,,,,I cannot believe this,,,but a freaken rat??????u have to be serious,,,,it scared me so bad I almost had a heart attack,,,, this was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had! Well, it ain't Mexican food. The taste is extraordinarily bland, like some out-of-touch high school drop-outs tasted a taco once and instantly said they can do better and fell flat with no experience. This place cannot even make fried ice cream, so even though it says fried ice cream on menu it comes out as a scoop of cold vanilla ice cream and some water jammed in it. Embarrassing.
