Subway — Restaurant in Chatom

I came into the Subway in Chatom today before 5 this afternoon noon it was after 600 this evening after only ordering 3 sandwiches they were out of bread cheese meats and the 🍅 were the size of 50 cent pieces if that big the lettuce was wilted looking the cashier's looked as if they didn't want to be there the store was a mess then after spending an hour and probably 15 minutes waiting on 3 sandwiches I asked for 2 pretzel sticks got one sauce it was cold then to check it out and I put my card in punch in a few buttons the drawer opens and she tells me I owe her 26.00 OK well what did my debit card do she never would show me the receipt that it was cashed out so again I've been waiting for going on an hour and 30 35 minutes now so she tells the manager to come to the store long story short the cashier rings my food up again and tells me I owe her 40. Some odd dollars and she can't use my coupon again well by this point for the second time I'm ready to walk the heck out this store in Chatom needs some attention most diffently some higher up authority not some of these individuals they have working this is my second Tripp in 3 months may not be many visits but it's my extra money I have been sadly disappointed in this branch this lady threatening to call the law because I wanted to see a receipt they said did not go on my debit card now if someone tells something didn't go on your credit card but won't show you that it did or did not then yes I have an issue they had no bread but one foot and a 6in of one type then only wheat no fresh looking veggies they had 2 kinds of cheese to choose from I bought 2 of there garlic bread got one cup of sauce it was cold this store without a doubt needs a complete make over from manger to staff because it was very obvious she didn't want to resolve anything at this point I'm just discussed at the fact she's telling me I have to drive back 35 miles in the morning when all the cashiers had to do was let me make copies of the receipt I have dealt with the public most of my life and for one you don't treat customers as if they are your enemy especially in a small town...

Went in today order food and drinks and notice that the fountain drinks were flat. Told the workers they said they know but kept selling the fountain drinks to other customers. Asked if we could get a bottle drink instead and the young girl that is the manager acted like she didn't want to do it but finally she said yes. While we are eating there we noticed the workers started telling the customers that the fountain drinks were flat. This subway is not the best but when you don't have much to chose from in Chatom Alabama what are you...

This was definitely now a good day for this Subway. The toaster is broken, they were out of pepperonis, bacon, roast beef, pickles and other stuff needed to make sandwiches. And I definitely should have ordered the Footlong because the 6” was only 4” long. Whoever got the other half of this bun got a good deal! My half came up short! Literally! I usually enjoy the food and service here but I see a lot of new faces so I guess they are All...
