Waited in line for 10 mins today behind another car who was at the ordering screen. They decided to leave after waiting 10 mins I pull up to the screen and saw they closed at 6 for the holiday. I looked at the clock it just turned 6pm. So I said hello 3 times and someone finally says “sorry we are closed” I told the man I had been waiting in line for 10 mins behind another car who just decided to leave bc I guess no one would take his order either. No response so I left. I’m sorry but you close at 6 you take orders till 6. I use to work in the food industry not to long ago so I’m stunned how anyone would think just refusing to take orders till time of closing is okay. Super frustrated I’ve never had an issue like this from this Burger King and I’ve been going there since they opened many many years ago. (Also they closed and locked the doors 10 mins prior to closing as well bc another couple attempted to go inside and was stunned the doors...
Read moreFor today's venture for a quick bite, I was delighted to be met by a well spoken gentleman at the drivethrough 1st window. On this day 8 Feb, at about 3:35pm my order was taken and paid for. However it is with the tact and care with which my meal was handled that sat on my mind more than the delicious meal on my taste buds. My day has been made, and faith in humanity restored. God bless that kind man. I wright this review now in hopes he may receive a well deserved raise. Best Burger King...

When you get to the first window you pay and if your orders is not ready then they have you wait before you pull up to the next window. I assume they do this because it makes their drive thru times seem faster. What really happens is that you are sitting there after you paid before you get to the next window and there are people behind you that could have paid but are waiting. This may make it look like wait times are faster but in reality they are much slower than what...
