If could give zero stars I would. Absolutely worst service I have experienced in my LIFE. The entire staff lacks intelligence and the ability to manage a situation. First experience was via online order. After 10 mins the staff confirmed they didn’t make my order because they were out of ingredients. Second experience staff completely took my order incorrectly after waiting for staff to acknowledge that I was there. When you walk in staff are constantly talking about unrelated topics and appear to be bothered that customers are there. I preordered on uber eats so all I had to do was pick it up, my order was supposed to be a chicken pesto flatbread and it did not have any pesto, it was chicken a bunch of mozzarella cheese, the flatbread tasted burnt and the tomatoes tasted weird, they forgot my chips and they ran out of large size cups so they had to give 2 small cups. Don’t see myself ordering there again. I am disappointed to have to rate this establishment so low. The food is good and the smoothies are refreshing. The big issue is the staff. They are very unenthusiastic to assist you and on two separate occasions now they told me they were closed during their normal hours of operation and refused to serve me. But shortly after they provided food to a driver for a delivery service and stated they are only doing delivery service orders.
