My son who is stationed at fort benning has been eating subway everyday so I suggested he should eat something different so he walked over 25 mins to the Zaxbys on base. Omg the 6 piece chicken meal is awesome, 6 chicken strips, French fries, coleslaw and a nice piece of Texas toast garlic bread. I’ve ate at this restaurant in 2 different states and the food is amazing. Service is slow but for a GOOD reason, they give you fresh hot food made to order and I love that. Any time I can eat at a Zaxbys I’ll dine with you. Highly recommended for dine in or take out. Place can get busy and that says it all about the food. First time I've been to this chain. I'm from NY, so of course we don't have any zaxby's chicken! Was told this chicken would change my life, lol. It's good! It's not life changing, but it was worth the walk from the barracks that I was staying in while at training. I had the signature chicken sandwich and the "famous 4 piece chicken tenders" no complaints. The zaxby's sauce wasn't so special... it was just mayo ketchup mixed.
