Bamboo Juices — Restaurant in Chattahoochee Hills

Upon wandering around Serenbe on a sunny Monday afternoon while waiting on a to go order from one of their local restaurants, we came upon Bamboo Juices.

They currently are taking covid precautions seriously which made me feel safe. Only one customer is let in at a time, customers are required to wear mask, and the staff wear mask. Their juices are bottled in a self serve refrigerator and made on site fresh daily. It's a standing room juice stand environment. The spot is small, quaint, and very clean.

Everything is organic and natural. They offer a variety of fresh pressed juices, smoothies, and almond milks. All items used for consumption are sustainable. The bottles are made of glass and recyclable. My cousin got several juices for latter that were packaged for her in a cooler bag with a pack of ice and the cashier informed us that was also recyclable. The cashier was super pleasant and made sure to tell us about how the menu worked and the free delivery service to anywhere within the perimeter or near by as long as it was an order min of $30. She said they will delivery your order at your door on dry ice so you don't have to be home for delivery and they will even take old bottles from them from you to be recycled. I have had good experiences in the past with Bamboo Juice, and I really like their juice selection. My most recent experience however, was not a happy one. I ordered a 3 day juice cleanse and I bought that along with a variety of almond milks. They shipped it in two packages. One packaged contained 2 days of the 3 day cleanse in it arrived when it was supposed to...shipped on Monday and arrived on Tuesday. I was expecting the delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday since I live in the Atlanta area. The other package arrived with day 3 of my cleanse and the almond milks on Saturday...much too late to drink fresh juices and milks unless you plan to drink them all immediately perhaps, and certainly not in time for my 3 day cleanse.

I had contacted them Friday when it looked like the shipment was lost and I was concerned about too long of a delivery time. I requested they reship the whole order since I wasn't able to do the cleanse as planned. They refused to do that and said they will only replace what was in the 2nd shipment which I discarded because of age. I would have been fine with them shipping only the missing items if they had packed the entire 3 day cleanse in the first shipment. When you plan to do a three day cleanse, you plan it consecutively, not with days in between. I think this was a poor customer service decision on their part and I don't expect to order again...

Wow lord...... I never got my juices, when I tell you I spent $200 for juices that never made it to my home. I called them and here is what they told me " call Fedex ".. .. (sight)

The best customer service experiences I've ever had were from companies who facilitated the experience of their customers.

Bamboo Juices did not fulfilled this job, they had me ( the customer) call the carrier ( Fedex.. who honestly had a better customer service experience than them... althouth I am still waiting on my juices) to check on my juices.

I am sorry but I did not have the best experience with this company, I paid $200 and still don't have my juices and no one tried to compensate for it. They sad thing is I was so excited about it and was planning to make s YouTube video review and share my experiences with my IG following, they definitely lost me as a customer.

I don't know how their juices taste but if you are not going to pick it up at the store location or if you live in another state I do not recommend that you buy from them.
