Found this place thanks to Google and I’m so glad I visited. I was having an issue with shifting (minor bike issue but major user error) and PBR not only adjusted the bike for that error, they also adjusted the bike handlebars and seat to provide a more powerful and comfortable ride. I’ve taken bikes to several shops and not one even mentioned those adjustments could be made. Not one! He explained why I thought I was having a shifting issue on my road bike, tuned up the bike and walked me through things on the bike to help me be a better bike owner. He also tuned up my hybrid. So I brought a bike from academy for my son already assembled and I get it home and let him ride it and in less than a month it's moving like crap. So I try to do my own research and fix and nothing helps the brakes to work correctly. I take it to my man at pro bike he runs through it in about 45 minutes or so and the lack of tightness on nuts and bolts from what I saw was ridiculous on the original builders at academy . They were courteous, friendly and gave me knowledge to help with any potential future issues. First time visiting the shop I was in search for a full suspension mountain bike and glen only had one. I was hesitant because I had never heard of the brand. (Intense) I took it for a test ride and glen answered all my questions and he knows a lot about bikes in general he reassured the brand was one of the top in the downhill sport. I did some research while deciding on what to do. Glen is an awesome guy and has very good customer service. If you need bike service or any questions answered definitely go see him.
