Rude staff, slow service and will say frappe machine is being clean or not working when really they just clean things way before closing so they don't have to stay over to much past closing. Was double charging my card multiple times for around a month or 2 period till I watched and employee swipe my card twice but denied ever doing it and refused to give me the 2nd receipt that was printed off. And when speaker with the manager about my card being charged twice and showing her back to back ran minutes prior to speaking with her she denied that 2nd transaction and said a 2nd receipt wasn't printed, even thought I watched the employee slide it to the side before handing me the first transaction's receipt. By then I was furious from feeling like they were treating me like I was making all this up or seeing things so my voice began getting louder, at which then I was threatened with them calling the police. Which after seeing employees coming out the back door at the drive through and to me, looked as if a drug transaction was made, then the employee returning inside to it's cover-up "JOB" , calling the police wouldnt of ended good for anyone of us. Needless to say after all this I contacted corporate and they reimbursed approx. $100 back into my account where it showed the double transaction multiple different occasions. But don't go here. This place should fire every employee and needs to go under new management cause every employee in the place know one another and hang out after work so if you complain to the manager about an employee's poor service or being rude, it won't matter. Call corporate. Cause the only person who doesn't work at that McDonald's anymore after this is the employee that I watched charge...
Read moreWent through drive-thru ordered a moca coffee and was going to use a code with the order to find out there machine was down so now can't use a code there was also a code for a dollar large fry ask to speak to manager to see if she could give us the other deal she was very rude about it and basically said no thats not her fault I replied is there a way to put a sign up to let people know your machine is down that way they don't pull up there free reward and waste there loyalty points juat for future customers she said there's no way to do that theres a mcdonalds here close to where I live and they have a sign they put up to let people know if there's is down after she said there's no way to do that she runs inside mcdonalds close to the next window and flips me and everyone in my car off and poses next to a cop or maybe it was a rent a cop I don't know but steer clear of this mcdonalds they have a bad attitude and this manager that im going to post a picture of will be complained about to corporate I had my child with me and I dont condone the way she has acted towards my family she could have just said sorry I will pro rate a different deal for you since it is not your fault our Machine is down out of common courtesy and sence this should have been done not a childish bird finger and making faces through the next window as we were getting our food this woman needs to be Written up but she gives Mcdonalds a Very Bad name and I will never return to that location!!! Read moreSometimes it's good there sometimes it's bad. princess it's not as good as most McDonald's I've ever been in I'm afraid and the service is usually pretty slow. And if you are handicapped forget about it. the handicap parking spots are on one side of the building but the only open door is on the other side of the building which is not even legal in tennessee. There must be two unlocked doors of egress and how they get away with this I don't know.
I went back tonight which is rare but it's close and I didn't feel like making anything. It was absolutely packed I have not seen this McDonald's that busy in 30 years. Parking lot was full there was a line all the way around the building and the drive-thru lane. It took quite a while to get to the little clown's mouth so I can place my order and once I had placed my order and got to the second window they told me to park and they would bring it out to me and I waited for maybe 7 minutes. When I got my food it was better than usual very fresh very hot and because of my waitt they threw in an apple pie which was not necessary but it was very nice. I spent 20 minutes from the time I got there to the time I received my food but as I was leaving to return home I noticed that there were just as many cars in the drive-thru line in just as many cars in the parking lot so they got to be doing something right because this wasn't even right around dinner time this was like 8:00!
