My brother and I ordered at 6 PM. a fried chicken dinner, turkey club sandwich, and a Dr. Pepper. Was told up to 45 minutes by the website

6:20pm Received text saying "On the way". He went to the front door to wait. HE came back to the apartment about 6:35 No delivery yet Waited a few minutes and saw a speeding car drive by my window. He went back out front. He let him in the door and verified the order and said: "Order for Giroux, fried chicken dinner, turkey club, Dr. Pepper" Driver said "Yes, Is this for you?" He said yes. He was given a bag, a box and the soda by the driver.

Went back in apartment and we opened the stuff... 1 container with four pieces of chicken. Missing the fries and coleslaw 1 container with turkey club and french fries. Box looked like big bread sticks or something??? It was a steak and cheese calzone with ranch dressing which we did NOT order. We started to eat. Food was delivered lukewarm.

About 20 minutes after we got the food, the buzzer rings.. He opens the door and it's the delivery guy He said something about the calzone, (Broken English!) He told him that we ate it. He got all angry and said "You ate it?! you didn't order it!"

I noticed on my phone that he called 3 times about 5 minutes before he arrived to "take back" the calzone.

Has anyone ever had a delivery guy come back for food after it was opened...

Hope no one will read this review! Because if they do, people will quickly experience the outstanding food and warm and caring service at Kastores Restaurant & Lounge in North Chelmsford MA! And when that happens, our family and friends will have to share the undivided attention and special household atmosphere offered to us here! Not only does the entire staff know our names, but our preferences in drinks, how we like our food cooked, and never leave out that extra mayo I so desperately “relish” on their famous cheese steak subs! Don’t be fooled by the Greek name the restaurant inherited from long ago, they serve the traditional American favorites from pizzas, subs, to complete dinners and kept the Greek specials, as well! The bar area is warm and cozy where you can enjoy a drink, watch the game or play the lottery (Keno). So, if you decide to drop by and experience this warm, old fashioned type of hospitality where we have never experienced a poor meal and the laughter from the regulars will warm your heart, please, I beg you, don’t tell anyone! For they too will become regulars and steal a piece of this magical experience for themselves, and will, like us, hope no one will read...

Walked in and stood at the counter for 5 min before someone came and took my order. There was a guy in the kitchen standing there the whole time and didn’t even bother assisting me. It wasn’t until what looked like the manager came from the back that my order was finally taken. Took over 30min for a to go order of 2 gyros. Price wise the food was not worth it and didn’t come with any sides. The order was supposed to be 1 lamb and 1 beef however they were not labeled at all and both taste the same. The gyros weren’t all the great tasting or satisfying. $17 for 2 unappetizing gyros, there was nothing but 2 slices of tomato excess of sauce and little onions. As i was leaving another customer walked in and the guy in the kitchen wasted no time taking his order right away....
