went through the drive through today and we received poor customer service. She was not necessarily rude, but was definitely not good at talking to customers. She just said hello, ok, what size, and then the total. We gave her a gift card and then some money asked her to do the gift card first and she handed back the gift card and just put the money instead. She then handed the drinks and said there you go. Did not ask for my number for rewards, did not ask if we wanted a receipt, did not ask any questions she was supposed to and did not seem to care about how she was acting towards customers. My friend got a cold brew and it does not look right or taste right, asked for almond milk and said the drink tastes sour and tangy⦠we went yesterday it was wonderful got the same order but today it was not as wonderful please take the time to talk to your workers about acting more friendly and welcoming to their customers. It is 11 in the morning we just wanted some coffee! She was obviously young probably 17, so i donāt blame her for not wanting to be there⦠but she was not welcoming at all and obviously was not...
