📍 Randall’s Restaurant at The Legacy Club - Cherry Hill, NJ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Food:
Ricotta Board – The warm, freshly cooked pita was soft and delicious. – The ricotta had lovely lemon and honey notes, making it sweet and flavorful.
Pork Belly – The cranberry gastrique added a sweet touch that complemented the meat. – Cooked to a perfect chewiness and paired well with the parsnip purée.
Artichoke Croquette – Extra crispy with a satisfying crunch. – The harissa aioli elevated the dish; definitely a must-try appetizer!
Classic French Onion Soup – Packed with flavor from the caramelized onions and Gruyère cheese. – An absolute must-order for soup lovers.
Bread Basket – Both breads were warm and fresh. – The cranberry walnut bread added a touch of sweetness, while the sourdough was a classic favorite.
Fungi Pizza – A unique combo of balsamic syrup, truffle oil, and pesto gave it a bold flavor. – The dough was perfectly baked. – Next time, I want to try a classic Margherita.
Short Rib Special – Tender and flavorful, with the carrot slaw and parsnip purée enhancing the dish.
Baby Spinach & Cranberry Salad with Salmon – The salmon tasted incredibly fresh and paired well with the unique salad ingredients: cranberries, butternut squash, and blueberry Stilton cheese. – The dressing tied everything together beautifully.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Hot Honey & Sambal Chili – Perfectly cooked and crispy, though a little extra sauce would make them even better.
Strawberry Shortcake – Dense, buttery shortcake topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. – Absolutely delicious, a dessert worth saving room for!
The Legacy Sundae – A classic sundae done right, with freshly baked chocolate chip cookie chunks. – Would’ve loved more chocolate and caramel drizzle for extra indulgence.
Drinks:
White Cranberry Mimosa – Mostly tasted like Prosecco; a bit more white cranberry flavor would’ve been nice. – Still a great choice for fall!
Apple Cider Sangria – Light and refreshing with a subtle hint of cinnamon. – The Pinot Grigio base kept it crisp and not overly sweet.
I was invited to dine here and brought my best friend along. We had an amazing time sampling the fall cocktails and savoring the delicious food. The variety was impressive, so I’m splitting this review into two parts! The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere inside was lovely. I just wish I’d planned to arrive before sunset to take in the views. The restaurant also hosts live music and other frequent events, which I’d love to check out in the future. Can’t wait to come back for more drinks and dinner!

Read moreI’m very disappointed that we spent an evening out at this place. Beware of the following:
-Incredibly slow service, we’re talking about an hour just to get appetizers. -There were only about six tables seated when we arrived, and yet every single table had something wrong with the order. Incorrect food, cold items that were supposed to be served hot, ect. This is not an exaggeration, every single table had a problem. -Apparently their chef quit, and they are planning on closing the place down for a few days to restructure. -Our food, for the most part was bland, uninspired, and cost way too much. -The largest sin is my ribeye was overcooked and the cut of meat was just awful for the price.
The pros: -The view of the golf course was nice. -The head server was bending over backwards to try to keep people there. While the others were messing up orders every time they appeared, this young guy was out apologizing as much as possible. I’ve literally never witnessed anyone apologize that much in one night.
In conclusion—I won’t be coming back. If they had such traumatic kitchen issues that they knew happened way earlier in the week then people with reservations should have at least been notified. It just felt like we were not only robbed of money but, more importantly, robbed of time of an important night out...
Read moreI discovered this place when my lady told me we will be visiting the Legacy, since we are looking for a venue for our wedding. I was able to make same day reservations online through OpenTable. I arrived at 6:30 pm and was greeted by really sweet hostesses.
To my surprise, there was a gentleman on the piano, and he performed well. The only thing the music was a little loud, making it hard for me to talk to my buddies.
I ordered an old fashioned and it was great, but it lacked only one thing, a single ice cube.
The bar area hard four large TVs put together as one large screen. That was a nice touch.
The vibes represented an older golfer club mixed with a newly renovated restaurant. The decor stood out, giving a modern feel. The high ceilings also made the restaurant stunning.
I ordered a classic French onion to start. The base was so good, and I was not disappointed. For my main course, I ordered the Chicken piccata ($28). I would rank it a 6.2.
My buddy ordered the surf and turf. I tasted the steak and it needed a little more seasoning in my opinion. And my other buddy ordered a burger and he said it was delicious.
Overall, this place is amazing. Yes. It offers great views, and great service. So hard to find the quality of service we experienced here compared to anywhere else in south...
