So we arrived around 9:15, our receipt showed 9:19pm and we got our food at 9:34. There were 6 other people in the dining room already served, and there were 2 other orders from the drive thru on the screen. I was a manager at a culvers for 3 years and when we had red orders on the screen, there was a reason for it, 2 buses showed up or it was Friday night at 7. They would clear the orders before the 4 mins was up because when I went to check to see where our food was, it wasn't on the order screen.
Fries were.. warm.. and the burgers were as well.
We went to order custard and they had cleaned the shake machine before we arrived, as well as the custard machine. I ordered a vanilla waffle cone, they had clearly ran out of vanilla, so she showed her coworkers the half filled cone to see if was adequate enough to serve. Clearly not wanting to reclean the custard machine, they decided it was fine. What I received was icey and watered down.
I wouldn't go to this location after 9pm. They are 'open' until 10, but their employees don't think so. I always understood trying to get out of there faster and making things easier for close, but customers shouldn't be aware of these things and shouldn't suffer because you want to get out a few...
Read moreOk. I shopped at this location many times. Today, I went and ordered two kids' meals for my granddaughters. I said the kids' meal the first time, and then she said oh you want a kids meal." I say yes. Then, I ordered another one. Then I ordered my value meal. She asked if I wanted everything on it. I asked what all comes on it because I was thinking since she asked i might want to switch it up but once I asked the question, she got a rude and says ..just tell me what you don't want on it. I just proceeded to order my regular, and she said we'll that was easy enough with an irritating tone. I'm like wth? I knew what I wanted when I pulled up you asked the questions. Then, I asked if I wanted ketchup and salt. I said yes. We ordered 3 meals. She gave me one ketchup and one salt. Idc about the salt but one ketchup. She clearly hates her job. It was the worst customer service I have ever had at culver's. My friend on the phone heard it and had to get off, then called me back, saying she was triggered. my daughter in my car, hearing it was like what is wrong with her, add we hear laughing. What is happening? Watch who you hire to represent your business for real! I won't be back to...
Read moreMy daughter and I came out for Beyer elementary night. I had forgotten to mention this before I ordered my food. Once transaction was over I asked the cashier was I supposed to show her the flyer for a donation to be added, she said yes and I may have to be refunded. She went over to ask an older white lady with silver hair Im thinking was the manager for the night or supervisor what could she do. From the beginning of that conversation she was so rude. She rushed over to the register pressing the screen extremely hard. She was able to go back to the transaction to add our donation. Over all I had a bad experience with customer service with her. I told her thank you for adding the donation. She didn’t say you’re welcome have a nice day nothing.
Another older white couple comes in she was extremely polite to them. Regardless of how you feel working you should all customers the same courtesy.
Have a school coming in for donation, ask customer are you here for the Beyer share event? Or which ever school they are having a share event for. It’s that simple so it’s no misunderstanding or...
