I love the lemon pepper chicken wings. On 1/16/2022 @ 7:22am, I ordered a pickup order of 50 wings on the Da Catch website for a coworkers going away party at work. We planned to have food at 11am for lunch break. The website stated that the business opened at 10am. I was directed to a second party website called Toast. The order was paid in full with my credit card. The scheduled time for pickup was 1030am. I sent an employee to pickup the order. He arrived at 1015am in case the food was ready ahead of time. When he arrived he called me to inform me that the business appeared to be closed as there were no lights on and no cars in the parking lot. My employee also informed me that the time schedule on the front door said that the business opened at 10am. I attempted to call the location with no answer. I then decided to call the Charles Street location to attempt to resolve my issue. Unfortunately since I had already paid for the order I couldn't cancel it. I spoke to an employee at the Charles street location who was very apologetic about the circumstance. He informed me that the business didn't open until 11 which is what time it was at that time. The Charles Street employee stated that he would attempt to contact the managers of the Harrison location. He called me back and said he couldn't reach anyone at that location and offered to complete our order. I told him I had already paid for it so he then was unable to assist with our issue. At 11:15am a employee arrived at the Harrison location. The employee was not friendly, didn't apologize nor did he offer any discounts or credits for the inconvenience. My employee called me to tell me the employee showed up and started making our order. There were multiple grubhub and door dash drivers waiting for orders and the employee told them it would be awhile. I have ordered food from this location before but in the future I will take my business elsewhere since the advertised hours of operation are incorrect and the employees show up late and didn't show any compassion for the inconvenience the business made for me and my employees. We were able to eat the food at 1230pm. The quality was good but it was difficult to make time for everyone to enjoy the meal. Some had to microwave their wings by the time they had time...
Read moreNo air conditioning on, just fans, so a bit warm on an 88⁰ day. Got the 2 pizza puff special with fries and a drink for under $10. The fries were really good, not too thin and had that crispy texture outside, not sure what that's called, but like BK fries. Will visit again.
7/12 - On my most visit, I ordered 6 party wings, pizza puff and chili cheese fries.
First off, the wings were split into drums and flats, so there were only 3 wings. They were the smallest wingsI've ever had the misfortune of being served. Must have been off of baby chicks. I ordered them plain, but they were coated in a funny tasting barbecue sauce. It is extremely disappointing, especially when the app shows big, full wings. The girl threw in ranch for free, but you don't use ranch on barbecue sauced wings.
The chili cheese fries weren't chili cheese fries, but cheese fries with plain ground beef on top, unseasoned. I'm not sure what happened, I had the chili cheese fries here before, and they were actual chili cheese fries and good. These too were disappointing.
Pizza puff was good, you can't really mess that up.
Apparently, this is what you get ordering an hour before close? I am severely disappointed. The staff is nice, but come on! Spent almost 15$ for 5$ worth of food that I couldn't finish. I won't order wings here again and will visually inspect my orders before driving home.
So disappointed. If this had been my first visit, I'd...

My complaint is the total $hit show with this business. I placed an online order through the app at 6:32pm. Email said pickup will be ready at 7:00pm (order #13303 Harrison, which is actually officially at 2627 Sandhutton Ave). When I arrived, they kept asking me what my order was and if I paid. This was done several times over the course of ten minutes. I finally had to show them my online order confirmation and that I had paid. Then, “oh sorry, we didn’t start making it.” Another 25 minutes goes by, and the $hit show continues. “Do you want flour or corn tortillas?” I said “flour.” Then I hear a voice from another male from the back, “we are out of flour tortillas.” So I responded bluntly with, “Guess I am having corn!”
I paid an extra $2 for onion rings with my son’s hot dog order. Guess what? When I got home I saw fries. Warning: if you do order here, which I don’t recommend due to the frustration level, you better check every dang bag.
The whole chicken I normally get, which was 30 minutes late, was overcooked and over charred.
So here is what I say. Never again.
Is there a hidden camera? Am I on some kind of game show? It’s like they are trying to...
