Chanello's Pizza — Restaurant in Chesapeake

Ordered the family meal deal online and went to pickup in store. Went inside AFTER the online order said it was ready. Employees asked my name which I repeated 4 times throughout this experience. I was told my food was in the oven. The manager spent his time complaining about how he couldn't help anyone and how busy he was which was just even more off putting. 3 employees were already working (including manager) and then 2 night shift delivery drivers clocked in for their shift. One of the night shift workers clocked in and immediately went to boxing pizza and touching food. He never washed his hands just went straight to work. Then after waiting for 30 mins and having all their regular customers be priority over us, they asked my name for the 4th time and magically pulled my order out of a bag that had been sitting there for 30 mins. THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE WAITING THERE. My food is cold and I'm not even going to bother with those people because of how off putting your management was. I have worked food service for 13 years and I don't consider that to be a well run kitchen. The servsafe certified manager should be monitoring the food safety in the restaurant but it seems he's too busy to care. This store either needs more help, or more attentive staff. Here I am turning my oven on to heat up my pizza I just paid $45 for. Usually we LOVE chanellos great food for good prices but this was just a waste of...

I cannot begin to describe how disappointed I am in the customer service at this location... I called to place a delivery order and was told that they had stopped delivery because the driver was out on 3 deliveries... it was 11:30!!!!!! After asking from clarification from the “Manager Sadie” (I had to call back 3xs to get her name because when I asked for it the first time I called I was hung up on)she told me that she was unable to assist me and that I could do pick up(my kids were sleeping waking them so I could go get pizza was not an option)...once again this was at 11:30!!! The owner of this location really needs to speak with the staff they are making the store loose money as well as loyal customers,the poor customer service will keep people from ordering because they will remember how they were treated!!! I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow morning to complain because this is not the first time I’ve received poor customer service from this location!!! They could really use a crash course in customer service... if not I don’t see this location making enough money to stay a float the people behind the counter will drive this business into the ground. If you are thinking about ordering from this location LISTEN TO ME DONT DO IT!!!! Unless it’s in the day time or your willing to pick up, even then your taking a risk with the horrible customer service!!!!!!...

I wish I could rate without giving a star but I couldn’t so here is the one star they didn’t deserve ... so I placed a order for delivery on 2/24 I paid with my debit card over the phone so once the delivery driver arrived I gave him a 6 dollar tip with cash .... I checked my bank account this morning to see my card charged for double the amount of my order ... I drove to the restaurant and asked if I could speak with the MOD Carrie said that would be me ... I told her my issue and she then said I seen that last night and said wow somebody left a nice tip... I said I tipped the driver in cash can you show me a copy of the receipt she then stated the bank has the receipt ... I said on a Sunday the banks not even opened ... smh ... she said yea I wasn’t here around the time it happened but I seen the ticket when I came in ... carrie stated yea he added the tip in the computer so that’s why we took it off ... I explained to her I didn’t authorize any of that and let her know that was a form of stealing ... she just kept saying she wasn’t working at the time ... she called 6 difference people on the phone including summer the GM ... I was told I have to call corporate in order to get my money back ... smh never will I ever order from...
