This was not good at all. Ordered Rangoon, dumplings, honey chicken combo, and General Tso’s combo. The only thing edible was the Rangoon. None of it tasted fresh. The Tso’s had no flavoring. I’m not even sure it had chicken. The dumplings were just so gross my husband couldn’t even bring himself to eat them (and he ate his honey chicken because he doesn’t believe in food waste).

Honestly!! I would give it a negative 🌟.I never cared for it in the past but the place I go was closed. I now remember why I will never order again! Food was horrible!!! The spring rolls have an odor so bad like something rotten! ( I will be taking them to the store tomorrow) The shrimp roll was so greasy even they wrapped some paper around it which was dretched in oil. The Shrimp Toast totally burned crisp! Ok and Services........When I called in the order.. they were very unprofessional. The girl yell in my ear someone's name 4 times. I asked if everything was ok...she said " YES it was just her brother picking on her." When I asked a question..."she said she would let me talk to someone else." Ok..no big deal at this point. (Because I had not gotten food yet)Until....the delivery got here..he was driving wreckless.(both times) When I went to pay...he has $0.00 change!!! No $$ at All!! When I explained I was NOT going to give him a $16 and change tip..he took money to go get change. When he gets back He does this funny transaction..instead of just giving me my change....because he still did not have the exact change?? I always tip but...he did it in such a way to make you HAVE to tip regardless! Keeping a copy of menu....Saying "DO NOT ORDER FROM...

Growing up working in numerous Chinese restaurants, I was able to experience 'authentic' Chinese food. These amazingly delicious items were not on the menu nor were they available to customers.

With that being said, this restaurant makes THE BEST Lo Mein I have ever eaten in many many years!! It is very flavorful as you can taste that the cooking flames and smoke has penetrated the food in the wok. The lo mein that is offered in the surrounding area's Chinese restaurants, at best, tastes similar to cardboard or slightly better. This includes the Happy Garden restaurant in Harborview, which happens to be my favorite, falling under the 'slightly better' category for their lo mein.

On another note, NOCR's hot&sour soup is neither hot nor is it sour, it was very bland and I was severely disappointed, I do, however, highly recommend Happy Garden's H&S soup.

When I requested hot chilli oil, I received some garbage tasting hot sauce in a packet, barf to say the least.

On an end note, because of their delicious lo mein, I will continue ordering from this restaurant, I just will not order...

I placed an online order, as I was at work and couldn't get away to go pick it up myself. I'd requested for the delivery to happen at 12:25 pm, after ordering it at 11:35 am. Didn't hear from the driver until oh, I would say a good 20mins after my delivery time.

I paid and went to chow down and was disappointed with the cream cheese wonton's I'd ordered. They'd cooled enough that they were way to tough to even be edible, and the crab meat over powered every other flavor. And the chicken for the Sweet and Sour Chicken was greasy to say the least, almost as if they hadn't drained the fry basket enough before dropping them in the to go carton.

After eating what I could I pitched the rest and figure if anything I could snack on the fortune cookies until it was time for me to get off my shift and I could pick up something else. How wrong I was... ...the cookies were stale which tells me one of two things, 1-they don't get enough business to warrant the amount of stock that they order and 2- they just don't know what rotating stock means.

So I won't be going there any time soon,...
