Only reason I'm not giving this less stars is because I think they're understaffed and I am sympathetic to that, as I have worked retail before and I know it's frustrating. HOWEVER, with that being said, here's a comprehensive list of all the things this dunkin has gotten wrong: Ordered a caramel swirl coffee with cream and sugar. I somehow got a green tea sweetened with caramel swirl and cream and sugar? This happened TWICE to me and once to a coworker. Wanted to try their "version of" a caramel macchiato. What I got tasted like burned coffee and sour milk. Not sure if that's the store's fault or Dunkin as a whole thinking that's even remotely close to how a macchiato should taste Ordered a coffee and a toasted bagel with butter at the drive thru. Get to the window, am only charged for the coffee. I point out I also ordered a toasted and buttered bagel. They tell me please pull up to the front of the store, they'll run it out to me. At this point I have 3 minutes to get to my job less than a minute away. I wait for 10 minutes, making me 7 minutes late to work as I have paid for my food and won't leave without it. Get to work to realize they didn't even toast my bagel after making me wait 10 minutes. Butter wasn't even spread on one side and it wasn't melted. 4) were somehow out of straws and offered to give me an iced coffee in a regular cup....?
All in all, I don't really blame the workers, they often look stressed and understaffed. I blame Dunkin as a whole but if you have the option I'd go to...

I asked for a small coffee turbo hot and I got a double shot of espresso in a small up no coffee at all then I had to stand there waiting for someone to look at me and help me again which took way too long since the counter is a foot away from them working another employee cooking food had to come and help add coffee to the cup never got an apology .... then I asked for my receipt and the other girl who took my order said I threw it away and rudely pushed me out the door saying that's why I am pointing at the screen because I don't have your receipt when she never even offered me a receipt and my cup says double shot of espresso instead of my order she looked at me and said oh I don't mind the change being off bc you handed me a penny like that's my problem? none of these girls here get most of anything right here every day I come here and something is either wrong or the attitude here is bad no one from my job comes here anymore because of the issues here too it's just not worth the time or effort in my day or theirs. also they only worry about drive thru there is hardly any line inside and yet we still have to wait bc they concern themselves way too much with the cars...
Read moreI work up the street and I bypass this Dunkin’ Donuts and go another 2 miles down the road because for some reason, no matter how many times I give this Dunkin’ Donuts a try, they cannot make a cappuccino right you get a full cup of milk with a cappuccino, especially when they have a boardinside that says 1/3 cup of espresso 1/3 cup of milk 1/3 cup of foam and what do I get I always and I say this again always get a full cup of milk… so I give it a try a couple weeks later and tell them when you steam the milk up give me just a little bit of the milk. It’s OK if it’s strong and what do I get a full effing cup of milk this is gotta be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever and I’ve given these people a pass for the past 18 months. This Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst the worst. No matter how many times you give these people are passing and you go there to get something they never make it right!!!! it’s almost like they need to retrain their people on different types of drinks…. it’s so bad that sometimes I even go all the way down to 372 just to grab the right.
