McDonald's — Restaurant in Chesnee

I won't ever go back . I was banned ! Yes that's right . I'm 67 took my dog to see Christmas lights n to get new Frappe n pup cup . Said they don't do cups I ask whipped cream in ice cream cup possible told yes with charge n I said that's fine . First window took my card . Dog getting happy loves lights people n pup cups . Second window girl started to give drink n then closed windows I asked about cup . My dog was at back excited n then let down . Pulled around for second attempt for Drive thru . Told have to come in . Why have a drive thru then . Parked n went inside I was very upset 😡 by now . Was told my dog tried to attack girl at windows. No she didn't. She is a big dog excited but never even hurts cats at home . I was furious n did call them all a bunch of crybabies n more colorful words. They called Cops on me . Was told I was banned from store. I'm a retired trach n vent nurse . They are in a building behind a wall n my dog tried to attack them . Seriously you need Adults working here . If someone really meant them harm or let their dog in these young people would be in some serious trouble . Paying customers should get what they ordered n be treated better.Glad I'm banned from Stupid immature kids who are scared in a drive thru windows. Good luck in the real world . I am another state yesterday me and my family was traveling so we stopped at this location starving for something to eat. This place abesolutly sucks.. And McDonald's corporation should put a stop to the sorry service.. The food was cold they acted like it waa a burden to give a 2 year old his juice with his happy meal while the employees was playing around up front the male manager set,in the office while customers were,waiting forever on their food.. When he finally very slowly came to,the front he did not speak to,any of the customers to see if he could help nothing.. The lady manager was no better she was,cutting up with employees while customers were trying to get her attention.. I asked her if the cookies were fresh or how long they had been cooked she said " I don't know" Really?? You are the manger and don't know.. Wow. Sad they are allowed to keep treating customers this way.. I guess McDonald's doesn't care anymore about their customers.. What a shame!! Everyone in that store,needs to be reprimanded for their lack of concern for customers.. They food was horrible cold and disgusting.. Never ever stop here and think you will get good food..
