Nudy's Cafe Glen Mills — Restaurant in Chester Heights Township

I went to this new Nudy's in Glen Mills and was more than disappointed. After I paid I was told that it will take a while as the kitchen is backed up. Why didn't she tell me that before taking my money? After watching the whole restaurant clear out I had to walk back up to the hostess and say where is my to go order, which immediately came out after asking. What? Was it sitting back there. I ordered the Classic Reuben, my partner ordered the Harvest Sandwich. The Reuben was like eating a beef jerky sandwich. The meat was very tough. My partner specified no onions whatsoever on her Harvest Sandwich which arrived on a focaccia roll that appeared to be just a fancy onion roll. The waitress couldn’t guarantee no onions on the roll so they took about 10 minutes to rebuild her sandwich with rye bread. We didn’t finish our meals together. Inconvenient. We were looking forward to trying a new place to eat on a Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, the manager decided to fill a $700 take out order at the expense of diners in the restaurant. No meals were being served to any of us, while this order was being filled. It took 45 minutes to get my meal & then got an attitude from the manager. I've never had such a poor experience.
