American Legion, Chester VT 05143 — Restaurant in Chester

Someone in Chester told me to meet me them there to pick up a wooden rocker I ordered. After walking around a bit while I was waiting, a man came out to tell me he had "been watching me on his cameras" and that I was "trespassing on private property" and I needed to get out immediately. Wouldnt let me explain, didn't care to hear what was happening. He made me feel extremely unsafe for no reason whatsoever. I dont know who would want to associate with such a rotten person that would threaten someone else for doing nothing other than waiting for a wooden rocker, which now...

The building and grounds here designed perfectly for the events that they can host.

Weddings, reunions celebrations o.f life, and of course the bar and clubhouse.

It's one of my favorite American Legions. I would say that it would be comparable to the TV show Cheers where everybody knows your name once you arrive there. Introduce yourself, make yourself at home. Has all the traditional aspects of a Club.

Angie and Amanda will make you feel welcomed. They do offer Friday night dinners from 5:00 to 7:00pm....

I'm from post 22 in Towson Maryland and I enjoyed the dinner that they had there last night. It's a very nice post and I will be going back for more of their dinners and stuff while I'm up here. Way to go American...
