Humdiggidy's — Restaurant in Chester

Don't get me wrong the food is good, but the wait is outrageous. On the first visit, the man forgot to switch his phone on, and we came down to his store and had to wait forever for our food. Another time, I asked for buffalo wings, and he forgot to make them buffalo. Today was the kicker. My coworker ordered our food at 12:10 pm, it was not ready till 1:30pm. I would have walked out, if we didn't have other people's orders to also fulfill. I paid for a Cheese steak platter and only received a Cheese steak. I asked where's my drink and the young guy gave me a can drink. Then I asked where's my fries, don't they come with a platter? Both of the men say it'll be 5 mins cuz they forgot. I said oh naw I already been waiting too long as is. They tell me I wasn't charged for the fries or soda and all I know is I gave a 10 and got back a buck. That was one expensive...

Food is amazing... Customer service is hood nice... I'd personally just have to work on tone with my workers cause dealing with ppl from different demographics their tone could turn some ppl off... They nvr answer the phone which is my only con. It is inconveniencing to order in store if you are pressed for time. It's almost impossible to order ahead here. Otherwise... The food is amazing. All of it. Literally I have not had one bad thing from this place. I just don't go as often cause I can't call ahead. Salmon cheesteak is a family favorite and I honestly love their wings... The sides all of them are right... Great food... Nice hood service Just hard...

Update: 5/2 Absolutely unimpressed by the taste of the food. Fish was overseasoned, yams still had a cleaner taste and the mac and cheese was unimpressive. It did look good; just didn't taste good

3/25 at 5:38pm: I am withholding my full review because they had inaccurate hours of operation (closed at 5:30pm as opposed to 6pm) and I was literally the last customer they wouldn't serve. Only had a chance to order pre-cooked yams. Decent smell of cinnamon upon opening the package (smelled delicious actually, just mad they didn't serve me). Very sweet, but almost a.....cleaning substance taste as well with it. Will need to come again for a...
