Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chesterfield Township

I was in the area doing errands, stopping at Richards automotive and lumberjack for some materials! So I was close to the local Taco Bell! When I entered the restaurant I noticed nobody at the counter, but was told to order using a kiosk machine in the lobby! So as I was waiting I noticed a ex-girlfriend working in the kitchen. Which was no big deal. I noticed they were giggling and such like school girls, and I had already been waiting about 10-15 minutes when another customer came in behind me and placed an order! Me and the woman were just chitchatting for a bit. When I told her I was already been in line for 20 minutes or longer! When I received a phone call for doctors appointment and had to leave without my food! The really bad thing was? They had our food and just wouldn’t serve it to me because of childish reasons and gave the woman that was behind me her food immediately! She stopped me in the parking lot. To let me know that what she witnessed how I was treated was disgraceful and she as well said! Niether of us will ever return to such a childish, game playing restaurant as TacoBell in NewBaltimore Mi. To make things worse,I missed my appointment, and felt totally discriminated against and mistreated simply over a giggle game amongst adult women over a past relationship 10 months ago! I truly hope that the general manager or regional manager takes a look into the actions of 5-7 adult women, who are supposed to act professional in a place of buisness! I am familiar with this location and know none of these people of which are mentioned. I SEE plenty of workers busting their asses to take and get out orders. Because the customers want it FAST, 90% of guests though buzzed are cool and I have had enjoyable experiences, as well it seems as if the are people who slur out their oder with disrespect...

My advise is to.....realize what any persons job is, respect that, maybe those people would then not feel belittled and have a better attitude overall.

Yes I agree, there ARE PEOPLE EVERYWHERE who probably need to move on if they don't LIKE their job, that's life, but especially in a service position, the way customers can treat people just may be adding to the problem.

Bottom line...maybe not you, but I'm sure we all know people who disrespect there service providers. So tell those people to treat people better at their place of employment, then everyone can MAYBE smile and have a good experience.

ps....no one is perfect, if you service whatever it was, is continually substandard, POLITELY bring that to their attention, I'm sure in this case (fast food for God's sake) it can be rectified. I mean really....how looks at review for a drive by...I mean drive through fast food establishment. I have a relative in fast food and I hear stories about how customers...

I walked in ordered on the kiosk just had to pay cash went to counter waited like 5 minutes to pay they had a misshap in the window. I didnt mind that wait but after they resolved that they just looked at me n left me waiting and they were somewhat short staffed a total of 4 workers but 2 of them just stood there and 1 of the 2 occasionally helped out I finally got to pay after like 7 mintutes okay done just gotta get the food I waited a total of 25 MINUTES for my food after abt 20 I called my friend and was on facetime went up to the counter to ask about my order and they just stared at me and I showed my friend the people standing there then went to the bathroom came out and asked about my order because 4 other people who ordered after me all got their food they said what did I have and that they needed the receipt so I showed it to them and they said okay a moment then at the 25 minute mark 1 of the ladies w a sarcastic attitude and rudely set my food down and said “ Sorry about that” then walked away. I dont mind a decent wait knowing there was a messup and short staffed but to wait 25 minutes get an attitude and treated poorly all while other people got their food absolutely insane.
