I loved the pizza! I very much disliked the store manager "Jake". I placed an order online. I verified it and had my son verify it before ordering. Picked up my pizza came home and the order was wrong. I had asked for "no sauce" on both pizza's. The ONE time I didn't check the order it is wrong! I called and "Jake" (not Jake from Statefarm) answered. I informed him of what happened and let him know that I had the order on my tablet and it shows no sauce. He found the order and proceeds to tell me that his order doesn't say that. I said I have proof because it is on my tablet. I read verbatim what my order showed. He tells me a few times that his order doesn't show that. I asked if he needed me to bring in my tablet so he can see that what I am saying is true. He states "yes" and I asked "you want me to bring in my tablet and the pizza's to "prove" to you that I am telling you the truth?". Again his answer is a nonchalant "yes". I asked to speak to someone in charge and he said "that would be me". I bring the pizza and my tablet in. When I enter the store I see a worker standing with his arms crossed not looking too happy. He sees me standing in line waiting with my pizza. He doesn't address me at all until he has the new pizza's in his hands. Then he just puts it up in the air as I was in line. I turned towards him and he calls my name. I show him my tablet and it shows "no sauce". He states "yeah, it says no sauce BUT my order doesn't say that". I am standing there like "what?...no apology, no there might be something wrong with the system, sorry for you having to travel back to the store...nothing". I am really frustrated by now. I told him there must be a disconnect between the online ordering and the store receiving the orders. His demeanor was very aloof. I made a comment that it probably isn't a good idea to infer to the customer that they are lying. I told him it was very bad customer service trying to make the customer seem like they were in the wrong. Even though in my instance I was 100% right with proof. I asked him for the name of the store manager and he says "Jake". I asked him to write down the store managers information for me. He hands me a piece of paper with only "Jake" written down. No last name, no phone number so they can be contacted. He walks away and I realized that I didn't ask what his name was. I asked one of the male workers, who was laughing at the interaction, if that was the store manager. He said yes. I asked if that was Jake and he said he "wasn't sure". Really?! You don't know your own store managers name? Another helpful employee that was running the cash register told me it was Jake. I asked if he was the store manager and she replied that he was. I asked if he owned the store and she said that was his father. Jake proceeds to come back up and I ask him if he wanted me to go higher and not to just handle this at the store level. He kind of just shrugged. I then again asked him if he wanted me to go corporation and not to just handle it at the store level. He replies "I remade the pizza's, I handled it. Yeah, go corporation". To that all I can say is "WOW!". A simple apology, a thank you for your troubles or even an I will find out what is going on with the internet ordering would have defused the situation before it got worse. To top it off, having another employee laughing at the situation and then implying that he doesn't know who "Jake" is, is beyond my comprehension of what customer service should entail especially in today's economy. Having been in customer service myself for most of my life I am flabbergasted. It would be really nice if I could have the owner contact me to try and rectify this before I forward this to...
Read moreIt has been years since we have eaten at a Pizza Hut. Having tried just about every version of different pizzas in town over the last few years, I decided to take my two teenagers for a dine-in treat. We were the only ones there when we arrived later in the afternoon (more came when we were about half-way finished with our meal).
We were greeted immediately by the manager with a smile and an invite to sit wherever we wanted. We ordered a meat lover's pizza and even though he had several pick-up orders come in, our order arrived quickly.
The pizza - It was very hot, loaded with ingredients, the hand-tossed crust was flaky and not swimming in oil like so many places in town. You could taste each separate ingredient and even the spices were spot-on. One of my teens is very picky and she ate the same amount as I did and promptly asked if we could go back again in the very near future. VERY HIGH COMPLIMENTS!
The ONLY thing that I dinged a star for was the cleanliness aspect. Overall, it was good, but the tables looked and felt like they could have used a good deep clean.
To conclude: Pizza was great and I think jumped to the top of my picks for Cheyenne. Being pretty much by himself, I would be willing to give it a try again, even with the one small issue about cleanliness. While we did not try any other products, I would have no issue going here again or even...
Read moreThis location really needs some improvement. My wife called because we had a credit due to an issue with a previous order. She was calling to find out how much the credit was for. The female manager who took the call said she couldn't find the credit and blamed it on the staff saying that "they were not supposed to do credits over $20." My wife told her that she thought it was supposed to be $25. She offered to do a $15 credit but reluctantly agreed to honor the $25 original credit. We ordered a supreme and a taco pizza. When the order arrived we found out that the toppings for our taco pizza were put on the side instead of being cooked on the pizza. When my wife called again the same manager answered the phone. When my wife told her we didn't ask for the toppings on the side and told her we wanted it remade the right way she got an attitude and told her to call corporate and that we were being ridiculous. For expecting someone to do their job right? How would she feel if it was something wrong with her food? It really makes you wonder if that's the way the management is then how can you expect anything more from the rest...
