Update on November 16th Money still hasn't been put back on my girlfriends scooter app after being told thats what they were going to do Moved the review from 2 stars to 1 star.
Ordered a medium iced SF Turtle for veterans day (supposed to be free) The lady at the window took 15 seconds to turn around to acknowledge us (she was talking to her co-worker) told her Im a veteran and showed her my ID. She said okay. Went back to talking to her co-worker 30 seconds later. She said, okay thats 5.55 and turns back around and talks some more My wife told me to just pay, so I put her phone out (with the app) for the blonde lady to scan it. Took her 25 seconds to turn around.
I called when we left and explained to the lady that picked up the phone. She apologized and said shed reverse it back to the app.
