You can have your cake... err your funnel cake and eat it with ice cream too. Enjoy the fact that you can also add toppings of your choice to your dessert. The topping options are plentiful. No matter what you choose, I'm sure it will be delicious. The funnel cake comes out fresh and oh so tasty.

While not exactly housed in a shack, this place is walk up style with very limited sidewalk table seating. You order at a window and wait for your order to be called. Bring CASH because this place is CASH ONLY! I came here with a friend and ordered the big funnel cake sundae with strawberry cheesecake ice cream and I had strawberries and bananas as toppings. It was huge and I could have ordered the mini. The ice cream was sooooo good. The funnel cake was a little over cooked and crunch in certain parts, but as a whole the dessert was a 9/10. Next time I would not top the funnel cake with a specialty ice cream and instead do a simple soft serve… I’m sure that would be tasty. I also really liked the strawberry topping which added sweet but tangy flavor.

My one reason of going to Six Flags has finally been fulfilled by Sugar Shack. My treat at six flag has always been getting a funnel cake sundae, and Sugar Shack has some of the best funnel cake sundaes! They have mini and full sized funnel cake sundaes, I personally love the mini ones. You can get one wet and one dry topping, it is totally reasonably priced, it is cash only, and for the most part their is usually a line, but it goes quick. You won't regret getting the funnel cake sundae and their ice cream if you want just a simple cone is pretty great. I did not love the ice cream sandwich with the cookie.
