If you want to ship a large amount of your personal stuff to China, don’t come there. My friend and I went there to ship some souvenirs we collected back to China, and consulted their staffs how I should send them. The staffs recommended to ship my souvenirs to a commercial address (cause we have one), so we trusted their words and spent more than $200 for shipment. However, what Jinn Express did was to send our stuffs as commercial packages and they couldn’t pass Chinese customs, because they are actually personal belongings. Thus, we had to ask them to return the packages, which costed another $400. In addition, their express treated your packages with violence and no mercy. I didn’t even recognize my own packages when I picked up the returns. Now what happened was: we spent $600 with nothing done, and quite a few items broke.
