Placed a mobile order at 7pm, online said order would be ready at 7:23. My husband went to pick it up and said he waited a little longer because the car in front of him seemed to be having issues with their blizzards they were handed. When it is his turn, he gets told they are out of the soda we ordered. We didn’t want sprite and we don’t drink Diet Coke. The guy working was very kind and tried his hardest to help my husband. The guy working gave my husband blizzards in place of the drinks (which tasted like cleaning products and metal). Then the manager, Breanna came to the window to let my husband know that on top of not having Dr Pepper or coke, they were also out of honey bbq so the $16 honey bbq chicken strip basket was not going to be that. He ok’d it because there is no other sauce option and we need to feed our daughter and it was already getting late. He then had to pull up and wait. The guy working brought out food and told my husband he was very sorry. He needs a raise because he tried so hard to make up for the managers attitude. I called to ask if there was anything I could do to help ensure she has the proper items in stock in order to fulfill orders. She was not happy I was asking questions. I then told her that I would like my money back as the food was not done and they were out of things. I even told her that if not a full refund then half because I paid for a $16 order of honey bbq chicken and still being charged for it and it’s a regular basket now. She told me that instead of my husband picking up the food that I should have done it myself. I told her that is no way a manager should talk to a customer who has concerns. I paid $42 when it should have been less due to not having my full order as it was ordered. She told me to call back and talk to her manager because she was not refunding me. She needs a lesson in customer service because she doesn’t know how to diffuse the situation but just make the customer more upset. I did make a call to corporate and they said they will be giving the store manager a call in regards to this. Posting a picture of my chicken strip with Texas toast basket (toasted...
Read moreMy hubby and I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat since he had to be at work by 6 in our hometown which was a 30 minute drive. Dairy Queen was on the way out of town. We decided to stop, walk in to get a to go order. We ordered 2 combos. Both of us had time to go separately to the restroom, get our own drinks and then still our food was not ready. It wasn't crowded, the other people already were seated and eating. Which was only 2 ladies together and 1 man alone. The manager which was an older lady asked if we had gotten our food yet, I said no. There were at least 2 girls behind the counter and 3 guys working the grill. We were in a hurry. One girl handed me a bag, we were missing a double burger. The older manager had to go back to the grill and tried to prepare our food. I explained we were in a hurry as my hubby had to get to work in another town. They gave my hubby a sandwich wrapped up. The manager asked if we came back later she would fix the sandwich correctly. We were from out of town and left. We got on the road. My hubby ordered a double burger. He got one meat with a ton of mayo on it and nothing else!! Onion rings were drenched in grease. I was not impressed with their service at all. Lots of people working but could not get a simple order correctly in a...
Read moreWORTH THE READ!!! This place is disgusting!!! I was talking with an employee and she told me she cut her self cleaning a cone holder and they didn't have first aid and the manager told her to cover her bleeding cut with a glove! She also told me that the cone holders had mold growing on them! She told me there is molding growing under the sink and the back is nasty and the floors are caked with gunk! She told me they do not wash their hands there and that the assistant manager was being very rude to her! The employee was just a teen and also a few weeks ago my co worker said she was in the drive thru and heard the manager scream the N word so I asked this employee about the incident and she said yes the manager does say these racist slurs at the work place. She also told me that the store over charges customers when advertisement says other wise. She also told me a cook would hit on her knowing she was only 17 making sexual remarks to her. That night I spoke with her she had quit and had no drivers license and had to walk 4 miles home crying and it was only 22 degrees outside! This is absolutely outrageous and...
