If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Spent $40 just to get the wrong food, terrible service, and a 30-minute wait for nothing. They were out of mac & cheese but didn’t bother telling us they just gave us mashed potatoes instead. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and instead of letting me know they didn’t have it, they threw chicken tenders on a bun like I wouldn’t notice. No biscuits at all.
To top it off, the workers had horrible attitudes. My husband politely asked for sauce, and one of them rudely snapped, “This ain’t your meal.” Obviously, it wasn’t, but we were just reminding them to include what we paid for. Meanwhile, a female worker in the back was too busy making faces instead of doing her job the same one who kept getting our order wrong even though we spoke slowly and clearly.
The manager was nowhere to be seen, leaving a young, unprofessional crew to run the place. It’s the same type of workers who have no work ethic, complain about customers being mad at them, but completely ignore the fact that they’re the reason for the frustration. They treat people terribly, and then wonder why fast food restaurants like this struggle.
I hadn’t been to this location in a while, and now I remember why. Last time, a worker tried to pocket my $20. They told me my total was $40, even though I didn’t order that much. When I asked for a receipt, it showed $20, and suddenly, they backpedaled with a half-hearted “oh, my bad.”
This KFC is a perfect example of why places like this lose business. The employees don’t care about food quality or customer service, and it’s driving people away. Save yourself the frustration go to a different location.
while being there people came in frustrated because their meals were either wrong or they were waiting 30minutes watching the people that came after them come and...
Read moreI worked here, and let me just tell you guys this was the WORST, by FAR experience I have ever had. I was 18 years old when I worked here. On my very first day, I was thrown onto the front cash register by the shift manager with no training beforehand at all whatsoever, and then to make all the less sense of the situation, nobody was there to help me. I was there struggling, getting yelled at and and complained to by all the customers (a very long line, it was rush hour, amazing). A mother and her children all work here together, and they all excluded from helping me and would just watch me. The mom (the worst of them all) would talk about me with her children and mock me, and refused to offer any help or anything. I would always ask questions and just receive a brief, lazy “explanation”, if I would even call it that. I was told to do ALL the cleaning every single closing, staying an hour to two hours past my actual scheduled shift. All this for minimum wage. I now work at braums getting paid four more bucks an hour with amazing management. Thanks for nothing KFC. Enjoy your...
Read moreThis location is a joke. I'll admit that we occasionally come for the buffet when a craving hits. That said we seldom visit anymore. Where do I begin? The dining room is often dirty & neglected. It's not uncommon for them to be out of things left & right. Sometimes the buffet is filled with old stale product and you have to ask for fresh food. But the employees say a lot about the place. Not all of them are bad. Some are friendly & helpful. Unfortunately most look like they kinda hate their job. And the turnover is nuts. It's like a whole new staff every few months. It speaks to poor management. And I know it's true because I've talked to employees about it. They've apparently lost multiple store managers because the higher ups are impossible to work for. I don't know the details but I believe it. This has been a problem location for too long to not realize the issues lie with upper management. I really don't know how they manage to...
