HTeaO - Chickasha — Restaurant in Chickasha

I go to almost every HTeaO in the area and I visit daily! They have had a lot of staff turnover and it truly shows that they don’t have the same level of service that it once had. The new management is not quite as effective to be quite honest. Today I ordered my drink during happy hour on the online app and my friend picked it up. They told him I had to order two in order to receive the happy hour (buy one get one) but when you tried to order two it was going to charge you for two, not the buy one get one. About two hours later I went to the store, they told me that I had to order two, I told them that it charges you for two. Then they said that my friend was told that there is no happy hour with the app. I confirmed with my friend The the manager had shouted from the drive-through line that they had to order two in order to get. He was never told that there was no happy hour with the app. Then made me pay for an additional tea when they could’ve just handed it out during happy hour or given it to me at that moment which would’ve been the right customer service thing to do. Again the level of service and customer care is going...

Ok here it is...let's talk water, prior to finding HteaO we filled our 5 gallons at Walmart for 42 cents a gallon. It's a bit more here at 62 cents a gallon but let me tell you folks it tastes better. Also they fill it for you, and they have a fill station outside if they are closed. Amazing.

Ice...they have 10 pound bags of ice. Prepacked in a cooler you have standard square ice. For those of us husbands with a wife who would kill for Sonic ice, that is now over. HteaO has these little baby ball ice cubes.(no bigger than a quarter inch if that.)My wife is insane about them. They make 10 pound bags of that at request.

I attached the ice tea video of all the teas. Amazing selections. So far my wife's fav is the unsweetened watermelon. Mine is the sweetened watermelon. You can buy cups or mini half gallons or full gallons.

We are now ice tea snobs. Oh yea the carry every Yeti product under the sun in the mini store. Me being a yeti junkie puts me...

I am usually a pretty loyal customer, but I don’t think I will be returning to this Hteao in Chickasha. I was there today at around 1 o’clock. I came through the drive-through and got a very simple order. The person who took my order was very blunt and very rude no hospitality whatsoever. and then I got to the window and this person who I think was a girl didn’t ask me if I had rewards so I wasn’t able to get any of my points. ontop of everything she took a phone call while i was sitting there in the drive through waiting for my card to be returned to me. then they handed it back and slammed the window. My drink order was wrong. I ordered a sweet raspberry tea and I got an unsweet coconut tea. this is NOT the first time ive had a bad interaction with this person. i will NOT be returning to this hteao....
