• UPDATE* 3/26/2024 I'm so VERY UPSET as I've never had a steak n cheese grinder like they make and I've been away for quite a a while.. SOOOO EXCITED to get my #1 steak n cheese but 1st I couldnt find a real menu online to save my life! 2nd They no longer deliver n offer pizza grinders and soda ONLY 3rd They closed the doors n locked up closing on me BEFORE I could even come get my food!!! Theast two pics show what I found when I came for it! The clock says after 9pm or because I've been out here sulking! SOOO disappointed. If they're NOT already in the process of going under they WILL BE VERY SOON. I consider this a great loss no matter how mad I am right now!! Best of luck Best steak and cheese grinders I've ever had! I don't venture away from it so I can't comment on the rest of the food. They've closed off almost ALL of the big space they've got inside the place so it's a very tight squeeze from the door to the counter.. Where there's two dine in seats so i literally had to order and was handed my food over two people's heads that we're trying to eat. Ill only call for delivery...

I have never eaten here before, and was looking forward to it due to the decent reviews.

I called to place a delivery order at 3:15pm, they stated that they do not deliver until 4pm.

I thought, sure OK, I'll wait a little while due to their decent reviews as previously stated.

I called at 4:15pm and asked to place a delivery order, and was told that they do not deliver to my address.

I LIVE 4 MILES AWAY. Ridiculous. 4 Miles is too far for your delivery driver?

Needless to say, I won't bother with this place. I'll stick to Capri in Holyoke if I'm going to have to drive an ENTIRE FOUR MILES!...

New in town wanted to try something new. I have tasted better pizza from the frozen food section of Walmart. The cheese was burnt. They use can mushrooms. The salad was nasty and had a bitter taste to it. I asked for ranch and I got blue cheese. The guy didn’t even know where the dressings were. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Then my order came up to 20.75 before tax and some how was charged 25.15 total something doesn’t added up here. I believe the teach math in Elementary school....
