Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful young ladies waited on me today, they were professional and courteous,very honest about product and did not just try to sell me highest tac. Easy parking, im a lifelong holyoke resident and its in a good area of downtown, there is security at the front door, very safe but relaxed atmosphere. The place is small and quaint, extremely clean and well lit. Not busy today but with the quality of the products they have curated I expect they will be. Doesn't feel like a big commercial business. Local people so your money stays local.(assumingly) I only have tried one concentrate (mother of grape crystal) and la confidential flower. Both are on par with Berkshire roots quality, or insas best batches. Pricing in line with everyone else, but the quality of what I've seen has me impressed and I have made it a point to go to many a dispensary, between Colorado and mass, not many have given me a better first impression. I was in a few days ago and received a few carts. One of which didn’t work with 3 of my batteries. So I went in to the store and the gentleman quickly says “this is empty” (it was not!)which I had literally just explained that I got 2 hits then it stopped. Quickly he jumped to “we warranty all of our products.” But he walked away grabbed something along with my cart and went in to the bathroom. He came out of the bathroom and told me it works on his battery and to go outside and give it a try. Went outside, put cart on and NOTHING! I loosened it (a good amount) and it then magically worked. Told the man that I still had a problem but got it to work, SOMEHOW! He offered half off this battery pen. $7.50 I paid: this cart works when it wants to and most certainly doesn’t work when put on properly. Decided to go to a different place over the holiday. Nice little discreet spot. Wanted some of the LA confidential. Got home and was very disappointed. 1st of all there is no way it was a weighed . This bud was so dry. The 1st nugget I grabbed literally disintegrated onto my counter. Decent buzz however I won't be visiting this place again. Check your bud before you leave. My issue was that the bud was dried out not price. I do mean dry. If all of your bud is that dry, I would not be interested in coming back.
