Didnt get to have any food. Didnt get past the very thick and not fun customer service. Just moved to Holyoke in February. Im originally from the east side of the state. Man who picked up the phone. Didnt say hello. He said what. I asked if this was Capri Pizza he said obviously and laughed. Already dont feel good about this, I order some caesar salads, there is a long pause. And I start order an Hawaiian GF Flatbread and he cuts me off with a loud Ma'Am as if I was yelling and said that he didnt with the salads yet with a "you need to chill tone". So I apologized and took a pause. Literally no response. I felt like he was messing with me, but I carry on and I ask if they put cheese on the Hawaiian GF flatbread because it wasnt listed and he said obviously, I said well I unfortunately cant have cheese, he laughed as I asked for the garlic sauce instead. He says "we dont have garlic sauce", like I invented it and i said "well it says you do on your online menu." He said I was probably looking at the wrong website and asked the address. I confirmed the address. Long pause. Nothing. I said, "Im gonna go ahead and cancel this order I hope you have a nice night." He said fine. "Okay. Have a nice night as well." But in that nah-nah-boo-boo tone. So I just wanted to reassure him and teach him what the menu has for the pizza place he works for. I hope the snow o good quality phone attitude doesnt reflect the quality of how delicious the food is.

Wish I got a closer picture of the grinder. I expected to have maybe half of the grinder and then save the rest for later. But after that first bite it was over. I couldn't put it down. I barely breathed between bites and felt like crying. My stomach hurt when I finished cause I ate it way too fast. I was in shock for a while after about how good it was. I partly feel silly for all that, lmao but also, we're going back tonight. It was magical. The pizzas were great too. I got the meat lovers pizza and they were super generous with toppings. I also got an order of wings and they were soooo crunchy, and at the same time the chicken wasn't dry. Made for the perfect crunchy, juicy bites. I got them mild and it was just what I wanted. To die for! So glad I finally tried this place. Had to share. Edit: on our 2nd run I was really surprised by how good their French fries are, too.

I LOVE CAPRI PIZZA!!!!!!! Over 40 years ago, my family enjoyed our “washer size” pizzas from Capri. Since growing up in Holyoke, then moving and living around the world, they are still the best pizza… yes in the whole world. I had the opportunity to come back and was so bummed that I wouldn’t be able to eat their famous pizza since I am gluten-free now. But guess what??? They have GF PIZZA DOUGH and it was soooo good- the best GF pizza I have EVER had (thanks to other reviewers for the positive reviews or I might not have tried it). My Dad used to fix their ovens, working for the city gas and electric company when I was a kid . He was so happy to have a taste again of their delicious pizza and now my husband and kids are enjoying it too!!! Need to franchise this to Dallas area for us💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

Went into Holyoke to take my kid to the Holyoke Children's Museum. Cute little restaurant setup with it named Capri. Google best food in Holyoke, there's a Capri Pizza! You bet we were dumping mom's packed lunch and heading over after seeing tremendous reviews. Boy was I glad we did. My kid ate away for 40 minutes allowing me to appreciate the spectacular pizza they delivered. Sure mom wouldn't be happy with the kid eating delicious mozz sticks, tendies and fries, but we were both more stuffed than a Thanksgiving turkey and that little guy crushed his afternoon nap. These guys have been around for 50+ yrs and it shows, old ovens make a difference the pizza is to die for. Do not miss out on this joint if your are in the area.
