Chester's Chicken — Restaurant in Chicopee

I love the food, I hate the service.

The workers seem like kind people! However, I feel like only morons are hired. I’ve encountered multiple people who seem to lack knowledge, common sense, or basic training.

Here are a few of my experiences over the course of a year:

1.) I waited 5 minutes at the drive thru, nobody answered the intercom or asked me for my order. I went inside and I asked the guy working if they were open. He said yes and I explained to him I waited outside for over 5 minutes. He said “oh I forgot to put on my headset”

2.) this different guy was working. He seemed a bit “slow” to put things politely but I wasn’t judging him for it. I ordered a wrap and after waiting like 10 minutes I finally get it and he says to me “oh, it was hard to close the wrap so you might need to just get a fork and eat it with that”

I shrugged it off, maybe a month later I get the same guy. I feel more optimistic because he must have learned how to make a wrap by now, right? Wrong… he tells me yet again how I “might need a fork”

3.) I ordered a wrap and when I got home it was a quesadilla…

4.) new girl was working. No shame in that. I ordered a wrap and I was waiting for over 10 minutes… never came to the window or anything.

5 more minutes go by and the car behind me leaves. I’m stubborn so I stayed in the line and the girl finally comes to the window after 15 minutes of waiting and is explaining how “she is having trouble because she doesn’t know how to make a wrap”… could’ve told me that 10 minutes ago but I said “it’s okay I’m pretty patient”…

I waited another several minutes before finally leaving. I didn’t get my food, but after 22 minutes I just left and got some chic Fila instead.

Multiple other problems and it’s a shame that I have to even type this because I really do love the food here but why on earth are they hiring complete morons???? Can you guys hire someone with atleast...

Chicken was cold not fresh. The gravy was coagulated and greasy. The deli person seemed annoyed I was ordering. I know it’s convenience store chicken...

Bad food...
