Dugout Cafe & Pizza Shop — Restaurant in Chicopee

Honestly, some really really good pizza. I recommend the chicken cutlet. Taste like the good chicken in some of those expensive so called top-tier restaurants. Plus, I gotta add, I've met some nice people there. The cook upgraded my pizza as a kind of welcome gesture because I was new to the area, also the restaurant (only 3rd time). Thxx! Can't wait to have the chicken on a salad, but besides a chicken cutlet, I've had the "smoked turkey". Was Def pleased here also. And 1 of my most favorite items so far are of course them wangs!! I prefer more crisper when fried first then dipped as these made my belly smile. And I say that cuz I actually make a couple diff types of wings myself, but they accomplished my love in the crispy fried dept! Lol. This is only my 3rd visit, so I haven't tried much else yet, but I've seen fried dough and let's just say it ENORMOUS my friends!! Stop by this place. P.s.i went about a week before Xmas, and they were having a buffet for their patrons. I was getting my order, and like I mentioned I'm new so I was not bout to go snooping around, but I noticed a pretty nice spread. My point is, tho, that that's so awesome for the establishment to do that for it's customers. And might I add it...

I’ve never had a negative experience at the Dugout. Roger, the owner, is real friendly and hospitable. He does his best to accommodate any preference, whether it be drinks, food, or even entertainment on the TVs. Speaking of which, there’s always something worth watching. Whether it be sports, a movie, and/or popular shows. It’s very rare that you have to worry about the actual patrons, as well. Anybody that comes to the Dugout typically wears a smile on their face; After all, we’re just here for a good time! The food is amazing, too. Always cooked perfectly, always so flavourful. My personal favourites are the wings and mozzarella sticks. Drinks are a bit up there, but what pub isn’t a bit pricey? Being a sports bar there’s no shortage of team decor. The Jukebox has a pretty damned good...

I ordered 31.28 worth of fries,pizza and motz sticks.... I drove from the top of Armory street to willamansett fir this place. I have OCD, I check my account constantly... I ordered on a Saturday and normally it would have posted immediately. Well finally on Monday it did and they decided to help themselves to 5 dollars out of my debit card. Just cause you decided that you want to stay open during a pandemic is not my problem. I work in this too as a sanitation worker and Id never steal from anyone or feel entitled to. I and my family have been going to dugout since the early 90s my mother worked there for a while... I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.. Thieves work at this...
