McDonald's — Restaurant in Chicopee

After many-many experiences of very poor customer service and very poor food quality service from this McDonalds... today's visit was the final straw that "broke the camel's back".

Today, I decided to go to McDonalds to get a quick meal for my parents and I. My parent's normal routine is 2x Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuits and 2x Hashbrowns (one each for them). My new routine is 2x Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McGriddles and 2x Hashbrowns (for me).

When I drove up to place my order, the woman on the other line was unenthusiastic, as usual, "Heeehhh, can I take your orderrrr?" I replied with the order above, and she retorted, "We don't got any McGriddles." Since this was a new deal, normally other McDonald's would do this (to please the clientele, out of good business), and McDonald's will often-times do comparison prices (whether against other fast food places/franchises), I asked, "Well, since you are out of McGriddles, could you do the deal for a different sandwich?" I personally was thinking in regards of the same sandwich, just on a biscuit or whatever.

She replies, "No." Unsympathetic, uncaring. We sat in silence for close to a minute; where I waiting for her to show some form of life or any type... let alone, ANYTHING customer service-wise related to the situation. Nope, nothing.

Stunned, I proceed to order another Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit and pulled up.

When I got to the window, I noticed that this woman had the same pompous/idgaf facial expression/body language always she has had, just like all the other visits I experienced with her. Somewhat off topic, I believe I only seen her smile 3 times, and receive a "Thank you, Have a nice day!" maybe 10 times since she started, (this something I always say to the staff, regardless of my mood).

Now infuriated, I sat there and watched her as she slowly went up the counter to give a customer a drink, then further down the counter to talk to a client. Another woman gave me my order, whom was nice and courteous.

There are sooo many negatives I can write about this location, but Google Reviews has a character limit.

Avoid this location, folks! Your gut and your sanity will...

Two McDonalds two towns same messed up orders. Ordered 2 Sausage MacMuffins with egg sandwiches and got 2 sausage MacMuffin sandwiches without the egg. Chicopee McDonald's about half mile down from Pride store and the Riverdale Road McDonald's in West Springfield. Went back to Holyoke McDonald's by Mall and got correct sandwiches sat. Got out of work going to pick up sandwiches for family and since I was working in Chicopee I was close to McDonald's there. I got the order should of double checked before I pulled out but was too tired from the 12 hour shift. Got home seen same problem as was on sat morning from west springfield McDonald's Wrong sandwiches. Not going back this time to tired but this is two occasions that the McDonald's workers didn't get order right. I know what I said I could t be more clearer when made order. Been to many fast food businesses more and more these places getting orders wrong. The two occasions both times it wasn't busy so it wasn't rushed. Irritated by the messed up orders. Will not go to drive thru at McDonald's any time soon. 😒 The Bagle sandwiche that I got from that Meadow street McDonald's the bread was burnt. Bang up job by that crew there. NOT! If could give it zero stars I would. Not saying it's a,every day thing but getting order wrong and burning part of breakfast this crew...

I get it… McDonalds is not a premium experience, but this… this is a hood McDonald’s. The demographic in that area will show as you drive up to it. The comprehension level of the employees here is EXTREMELY basic. Expect to be attended to last even if you’re first to pull up to the drive through as they’ll ask the car in the second drive through what they want before you. They’ll wait till you get to the drive up window before they tell you they’re out of the things you ordered. Do not order food and modify it (ex: plain cheeseburger, McChicken with no Mayo) They’ll still make it with all the things you asked them not to put on it and you’ll have to go back inside and have them fix it the way you want it. They’ll also forget to put any sauces you asked for in the bag. Check it before you drive away! That’s when they’ll tell you they don’t have any. I would not recommend this particular one if you’re specific about what you want. Take the time to drive to Memorial Drive instead. It’ll be a better...
