McDonald's — Restaurant in Chino Valley

I come to this McDonalds every day! I always order a large Iced Carmel Mocha which is made with the Expresso beans and the machine called Malita. I went through the drive through this evening and drink was made incorrectly yet again and a Manager made it to boot. I worked for McDonald's for 10 plus years and I'm sick of paying almost 5.00 for a drink a Manager can not make correctly. If your employees do not know how to use Milita then train them or get them off the station. I have called and complained which obviously did no good at all considering 2 days after I make the complaint a manager makes it wrong no whip cream, no Carmel or chocolate drizzle, Carmel drizzle all over the bottom of the cup and when I took a drink from the straw nothing but a mouth full of Carmel drizzle. The Carmel Mocha is a syrup to begin with the Carmel drizzle belongs on top of the whip cream with the chocolate drizzle it doesn't belong on the bottom of the cup! I believe I'm done ordering a 5.00 drink seeing how a manager can't make it correctly! Pathetic! In addition I have been trying to call since 815pm and all I get is a busy signal! It's going on 10 pm and still a busy signal! Pathetic yet again!!! Finally no busy signal I will give you guys 1 last chance to get it right if it is incorrect again I will never order a 5.00 drink again from this location. It's really sad that I have to complain about an establishment that I once worked for 10 plus years all I can say is thank God it wasn't...

09/17/25 @ 5pm: like a idiot we tried this place again and again it was bad. Thought maybe the company would have improved the food beings the customer base has dropped off drastically in the last several years. Got the $8 Big Mac meal. Buns hard, & meat lukewarm. Hard to believe that patties don't come near the edge of the bread. We are finished with McDonald's!

12/31/24 @ 6pm: Where do I start? Ordered $5 meals. McDoubles were luke warm, and the meat patties were dried out. They were old. Fries were luke warm (even though I ordered with no salt). Same with the McNuggets. Not sure why this crew can't serve fresh food. Even the front counter lady (manager?) was not nice. Spoke to other customers VERY RUDE. Lobby floors were dirty along with most tables. Last time I'll waste money at McDonalds. I can go to Applebees or Chili's and get much better food for the same price. The franchise owners, as well as corporate McDonalds, should be disappointed in the food that they serve...

When we moved here a few years ago I was surprised at how clean this location was. The main thing that I noticed was how the team works so well together with no fussing no complaining no standing around. We've all been in McDonald's locations where it is not as clean as it should be, the workers are blaming each other for a wrong order, and there is chaos. Driving back and forth from the East to the West Coast and the West to the east coast I've seen some not so great locations. Chino Valley location is one of the best I've seen! I'm always happy to walk in there because I know the team is going to do their best to get my food promptly and correctly. I'm happy that I live in a town where we have such great customer service and great people that care about their jobs and community!!! I know what it means to be a team player and sometimes it's not easy but these guys make it look easy! Thanks Chino Valley workers for standing...
