As a response to Taylor Dianne’s negative review. The employees you are referring to are a brother and sister. I will stand by them saying they are some of the best raised kids in Chipley and in no way did they mean to be disrespectful to you as a customer. We thrive on great customer service and customer experience. Hope you come back to let show it was a fluke!!!

As a response to Leslie London - we have never served popcorn from the day before. If during the day we runout we will add to the machine without breaking down the machine. At the end of the day we do break down and clean the machine and we trash any left over popcorn into the trash. And as far as being kid friendly -we are-and very kid friendly! We are a dessert store so the options for vegetarians are slim but we do offer a vegan friendly ice cream as well as our açaí bowls.

As a response to Raymond Harbour - we sell ice cream in a 1oz and a 4 oz scoop. You were welcome to sample as many ice creams as we have sample spoons. As for doing 4 or more flavors in a 1oz (kids) scoop we do not. We use a different scoop for each flavor because of allergies… so i am sorry you felt we could not...

We usually have good experiences but that wasn’t the case last night. Me and my 7 year old loves getting ice cream, sitting down and enjoying the pretty lights/atmosphere. There was a brown haired, tall, slender girl working with a young man last night. I’m assuming she was training the boy. You could tell he was nervous and she was so ugly to him. Her attitude towards me and my son wasn’t pleasant either. The boy dipped my sons ice cream and I was telling him what I wanted, she came over, shot me an annoyed looked and rudely asked “what else did you want.” Like girl, I just told the boy. They came to the register to check us out and she was on his tail, hovering, snapping and wanted him out the way. You could tell he was a bag of nerves, all over the place, and couldn’t concentrate to count change or do anything for that matter. Then she just stands there behind the register, stares right past us with a look of disgust as we’re trying to enjoy our ice cream. We ended up leaving and eating ice cream in our vehicle. Everybody else is always sweet as can be. I hate leaving this review. But I hope they address the girl and her behavior towards coworkers...

Brought my daughter today after her dental appointment. I bought 2-2 scoop chocolate waffle cones (the ice cream was amazing) & 6 cupcakes. I was told no sprinkles on cones because they fall on the floor... I thought seriously?... ok... that's a disappointing first. My total was $40 😳 I was shocked, but what shocked me even more is how awful these cupcakes are.

Let me just say I've never met a cup(cake)/candy I didn't like in my 50yrs..We got 2 barbie, 2 lemon blueberry & 2 coconut cupcakes, they're beautiful. A little while after we get home she's asking for some so I cut a barbie & lemon bb in half & give her half of each. My cupcake obsessed 6yr old tasted them, looked at me with upset eyes & said these cupcakesare terrible. I didn't care for the flavor of any of the 3 myself. The entire thing is just not.. good, frosting & cake. I hate leaving a review like this on a small business but for what they're charging I expected the cupcakes to a least taste as good as the cheap but tolerable cupcakes...
