Sliced Deli — Restaurant in Chipley

This is a true small town deli. The people here were incredibly friendly, their restaurant was clean and it is a local mom and pop establishment. Sliced deli is a local family business in a building that is probably about 100 years old, you are going to get good food and a bit of history at the same time.

Not only did they make me an Italian Sub, they were also kind enough to give me 2 pieces of pepperoni, one for each dog I had out in the truck. I offered to pay for the extra slices, they said it was no problem.

How did I find Sliced Deli? Well I was across the street at a coffee house in yet another 100 year old building and asked where I could get a quick sandwich. The folks at Box Car Coffee pointed across the street, and rail road tracks, then said Sliced Deli. They then said, they were really good; oh boy were they right about that.

It was around 1pm. We had never been there before. Not a welcome to say. Owner/employee said Hey & continued talking to a friend/family down the counter from Us . A small amount of iceberg lettuce, seriously PALE "red" tomatoes. 1 boiled egg,cut in 4's @ approximately 2 tablespoons of finely shredded Colby/Jack cheese & 1 tsp of black olives. I've heard about this sandwich shop while getting my hair done. Then I had the pleasure of meeting the owner prior to trying it out. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch sub, heated. Delicious and fulfilling is an understatement. It was the perfect amount of ingredients. I am picky when it comes to sweet tea, and theirs was just right.
