Casey's — Restaurant in Chisago City

I was in this location a few weeks ago and overheard a very disturbing conversation. I have tried to shake it off but after talking to some friends and family I have realized that this is not something that should be kept quiet. As I was walking up to grab a slice of pizza I heard a couple of the employees making jokes about mental illness. I tried to chalk it up to ignorance but then I heard a comment that I won't soon forget. "I wish you would have just killed herself but apparently she can't even do that right" was what one of the employees had said. Instead of grabbing a slice of pizza I turned and headed to the cashier to pay for my other items I already grabbed. When I asked the cashier if there was a manager available that I could speak with they pointed over to the ones having the conversation and said it's the short one over there. This is definitely something that should be addressed because that is a very hostile situation. I can only pray that they don't ever have to go through anything like losing a loved...

Staff is lazy and disrespectful. I came in to order a sandwich and the two employees in the back were sitting there chatting away when they realized I was standing there they also noticed a pizza had been done sitting outside the oven for the last two minutes. Staff is always pleasant with a nice greeting when you walk in. Multiple gas pumps are always down or in need of repair. Sometimes you have to try two others before you find one that works.
