Snickers Pizza & Pub — Restaurant in Chisholm

Ordered dinner tonight and asked for separate containers for the boneless chicken wings so we could get 1 ranch dressing and 1 blue cheese. They did not separate the 2lbs. Of wings and sent 2 blue cheese. Called to let them know they messed up the order, yet again. I got attitude about the receipt she didn't have in front of her. Told her I have one and it says the order right on it. She messed up the order by not writing it down properly. The driver was very nice and curtious. Also ordered poppers and mushrooms, both sauces were cold, not sure if that was supposed to be that way or not. Will never be ordering from snickers In Chisholm ever again. Will not recommend, ever. So I will be spending the 48 plus dollars it takes to feed my family and spend it at Jim's sports club. I even have name of person that took order on receipt. Thx for reading. Ordered 2lbs of garlic parm boneless wings and only got about 1lb. Went in to see what was going on and the manager on shift told me that they don't go by weight of the wings anymore (but the menu says otherwise), she then stated a pound of boneless wings is only 10 wings regardless of size and 2 pounds of wings is 20 wings regardless of size. Don't know when the change has occurred but everytime I order wings for lunch we always get alot more then just 10 wings for a pound or 20 wings for 2 pounds. Before she told me the wing count change she lifted the box of wings and stated "it feels like 2 pounds to me". I then told her that might be true because there was 3 canisters of ranch in the box with the "2 pounds of wings". Just for my last visit:

Upon arriving, there were 14 empty tables, 9 of which had yet to be cleared. After 10 minutes, I mentioned to the bartender and 2 waitresses standing at the end of the bar talking with each other that tables needed to be cleaned so larger groups could sit.

After they did clear tables for 2 larger groups, a waitress pulled tables together about two feet from the pool table instead of pulling them into the empty area by the windows. This made it near impossible to actually play a game - but people did try.

There were a number of broken wooden pieces in their railing systems, making it unsafe for small children. There were also a number of sagging, water-damaged ceiling tiles above 3-4 tables, and a few missing all together, exposing the old ceiling...
