McDonald's — Restaurant in Chocolay Township

Finally! I'm an old McDonald's employee from in the 80s, and I am a bit critical of the way the crew behaves and especially the way your food looks and tastes when you unwrap it. Presentation of your food is paramount, it doesn't take any longer to assemble your meal in a tasteful and we'll packaged fashion, I KNOW THIS. For years I've ordered a simple cheeseburger, to judge how it is prepared and presented, and been nothing but disappointed. Bun not toasted properly, condiments ALL OVER the wrapper, hamburger patties half way off the bun... Seriously!?!? Make my food appetizing and properly! Finally had a delicious and excellently presented meal of cheeseburger and chicken sandwich. This place CARES enough to do it right. It's not like we come here a lot, but every time we have been here they have forgotten something in our order. Get home, no fries. Eat in, have to go back to the counter for the chocolate milk. And, they are slow. "Sorry for the wait" should be thier motto, they say it every time. We have never seen a place with more flies all summer... Although we have only lived near by for two summers. Very slow drive-thru. I put my order in online but got stopped at the first window for what felt like ages as the manager fussed with the cash box. No info given to me as the customer other than a hand up when I pulled to the window. I tend to be very understanding about fast-food conditions and would have been totally okay if I was just given a quick explanation for the delay. But the hand-up with no communication whatsoever felt very disrespectful to me. If it was a minimum wage employee it would be one thing, but from the manager I expect better...
