Daylight Donuts Choctaw — Restaurant in Choctaw

Fantastic donuts, nothing compares to an “old fashioned” maple or chocolate, in my humble opinion. I woke up at 11:30am craving these donuts like crazy and by the time I found a Daylight Donuts with anything left (this ons) it was 11:55.

But Destiny was on duty and went above and beyond. She sent me pictures of what they had left so I could pick out my order while my husband drove over (google says we were 12 minutes away, but Destiny said to come on over since she still had cleaning up to do). But since it was past closing I wanted to take as little of her time as possible so used the pics she kindly sent, circled what I wanted, and sent it to my husband. It was just shy of 12:30’when he walked out with enough donuts to take some over to our neighbors.

And Destiny could not have been mire friendly, polite, helpful and professional from the first time she answered the phone to the last donut she put in the bag. I worked many years in the service industry and these qualities and her attitude are the kind that you just can’t “teach” people, some people just have it, and its so very welcoming to customers that we will go out if our way to go to her location in Choctaw (we live in Harrah) because that kind of service makes the treat of donuts taste that...

My favorite donut is blueberry and I hate it when other places (like dunkin!) skimp on the blueberry flavor. Their blueberry donuts are the best and have plenty of blueberries.

They also have hot dogs wrapped in dough with jalapenos (or not) which are very good.

They have a cooler with drinks you can buy and hot coffee as well.

You know a place is good when you see old men there every morning. The old people know all the best places.

It is always clean and there's always someone to help you. I've never had a bad experience. They are very patient with my kids too who can sometimes take a while to choose what they want.

Went there for the first time today. Their doughnuts were absolutely delicious. They gave me a free bag of doughnut holes as well. Not just a bag off the shelf, freshly fried ones that he assured would be the best I've ever had. He was 100% on point. They tasted amazing and just melted in my mouth.
