Easily the best food option at the Gaylord. They only have 6 tables and a sushi bar for seating options so prepare for that. However the staff seem to move rather quickly. Outstanding quality fish especially for a resort sushi restaurant. The standard maki rolls (spicy tuna) i thought was just ok but the sushi nigiri and sashimi were outstanding. And they even have Toro on the menu.

Prices are not cheap but ok I thought.
