Easily the best food option at the Gaylord. They only have 6 tables and a sushi bar for seating options so prepare for that. However the staff seem to move rather quickly. All the rolls and appetizers were fantastic. Cocktails are made next door at Treo and brought over. Sapporo available on draft as well. The fresh wasabi was very good and is highly recommended. Would suggest trying this place if you’re staying at the Gaylord!

And they even have Toro on the menu. Prices are not cheap but ok I thought. As I peeked into the kitchen, you can see rows of neatly organized and labeled fresh ingredients. Looks like a well run restaurant!
