J st Marina/Park is a very to walk and the views from Chula Vista to San Diego are beautiful. You can see Coronado, Imperial Beach & downtown San Diego. Lots of people..some people fishing in the pier..some people walking all around. People enjoying the parks and grounds. Squirrels are everywhere sometimes. Recommeded SouthBay...
