She deserves more stars than 5. Patsy's bakery was absolutely amazing. I came to patsy 6 months before my wedding with a picture of a wedding cake. She took the time to understand what I wanted, and periodically checked in with me to make sure everything was still on track. She made this cake, cupcakes & donuts with love and it showed. Everyone at my wedding was raving about how amazing the desserts were. Not many people knew about the bakery "behind pals in church hill" but I can guarantee she has a few extra fans in the future. Just stopped by there today with my daughter. We couldn’t wait to go home in and see all the goodies. Beautiful pastries, cakes and cookies. My daughter bought two dozen cookies. Then it happened, the nice lady with the red hair used her bare hands to pick up each cookie that she put in the box. It was so disgusting. Now we have two dozen cookies that no one wants to eat. The ironic thing is that there were two boxes of waxed paper squares to use to pick up the desserts. Needless to say, we won’t ever be going there again. Why didn’t we just tell her, because my sweet daughter didn’t want to hurt...

The customer service was great! The gentlemen greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and he was very polite. Everything in the store looked outstanding from cake to cookies to pie to doughnuts. I was recommended to go their and try the cream cheese Danish. And keep in mind I'm not a fan of cream cheese at all but they were delicious! Overall, I got 6 cream cheese danishes, a love knot, a cinnamon roll,a pineapple stix, and 6 sugar cookies. And the total was right under 14 bucks, so the price was great too.
