I ordered a Christmas Cookie Latte. It tasted so sweet that it was absolutely inedible. I walked up to the counter and politely asked, “I didn’t end up liking my drink. Could I possibly get another one?” Then suddenly a woman behind the cashier with blond curled hair interrupted our conversation. She accused me of ordering from the “Surprise” jar and when the cashier and staff tried to tell her not once but TWICE that I hadn’t ordered from the surprise jar she snapped at them saying “Can I finish? Let me speak.” It was very uncomfortable to witness disruptive and arrogant behavior. She then told me that if I didn’t like my drink I’d have to pay for another one. If customer satisfaction is your goal, you would’ve made another latte, not make me pay for another one. I said “ok thank you.” and returned to the couch and silently cried. Myself, my son, and my grandson were treated very badly yesterday. I was told that they did not give us our gift cards the kids got from the summer reading program. They were unable to delete the transaction so we were yelled at and demanded I geta credit card because they did not know how to use register. Then we were told that he was going have pay the five dollars out of town pocket when in reality I paid entirely using the two gift cards and the .27 cents short on cards . Such a cozy and adorable coffee shop in Cimarron . The ladies working here are so welcoming , amazing and nice(Guess family run business). Coffee was nice and perfect! The place is clean and they are maintaining proper COVID sanitization and masks are required. I saw the girl disinfected the table and couch after one of the guests left . It's an amazing Place to stop if your are on the way !! We were passing by from this village and my husband had to take a urgent call.
