We were passing through the sleepy town of Cimarron on a Monday late October '24 when we made a stop here for some breakfast and ordered breakfast burritos w/ no meat (vegetarian). I walked around the establishment looking at the decor absorbing it all in and getting some photos. The place was relatively quiet with a few customers, the young lady and woman employees up front were alright, and treated us fair. I'm giving em 5 stars but the breakfast burritos should be labeled if one is different from the other, I ate half of the other person's burrito that I was with before switching burritos. They've got great salsa that was kindly given to me but had no hot sauces. I would take off a star for this but the burritos really were great! The atmosphere and service were great, I even bought a hat. They had interesting art and it was right by a very old Hotel and Historic jailhouse. Then after, we were back on the HWY.

Had breakfast burritos and lattes which were all very delicious. Very clean and cute inside, with plenty of products to peruse and purchase while you wait. They also sell ice cream and it looked yummy! Bathrooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Service was very friendly and you can tell locals love to meet here! My only complaint is I wish they were open more days/hours because we only got to try them the day we were leaving.

Small menu with a big punch. I ordered the panini ham and roast beef with provolone...great tasting sandwich. My wife had the breakfast burrito,, she really liked it. Very tasty food. Their coffees are just as good as the national chain coffees. The pastries are very good as well. As you see I always had to get me a new wallet, super nice.

A gem! Pure and simple. The staff, amazingly friendly, telling stories, history and friendship...we felt the best vibe here... amazing! THE CHURIZO BREAKFEAST BURRITO was top notch, egg heavy, green chillies! and devine with the home made spicy tomato salsa...unique, different and a treat. I RATE THE BURRITO.. an 8.4.... a must have.. nobody gets a 10....btw Banana bread was good too! I sent my wife here for her 2 business meetings she had in the morning as I biked in 35 miles later from Angle Fire. Great wifi! and she was able to do her international meetings as I sat on the front stoop talking to 2 or 3 locals passing through like an old western! Lol CIMMERON in November, an experience of what things were in the past...quite..almost desolate...but alive as the world was generations ago before the movement to big city's.

Just want to say thank you to the staff and locals who I befriended on our journey. You made our experience to Cimmeron what it...

I’m giving a 2 star only because the food was absolutely delicious and the coffee was fantastic!! Now the man was extremely kind, the woman that was running the counter was rude! She acted like we were a burden that we were there. Very short answers and just put out that she HAD to answer questions. She was extremely rude to my husband and young daughter when they tried to purchase something. We wanted to go back the next day to get some more breakfast because it was great, but because she was working we chose to take our business elsewhere. Very disappointed and unfortunately will not be back due to the way my family and I...
