Ordered online within a 5 minute wait period. Order a coney crate! When I arrived at the restaurant the person on the intercom was rude and distasteful. When I mentioned I order online the person said they couldn't find it in the computer. Due to frustration I let the person see the email that I received about the order. When asked for a refund, I received harsh attitude and that their wasn't nothing they could about it. The money literally came off my card. The guy said that I have to call my card company because they couldn't locate my order that was literally placed 5 mins ago from me arriving at the place. When I noticed no one cared about the issue, I asked for the corporate number. They barely wanted to give out that information. I am so upset with the customer service here and I won't be having my family buy from this company again. If this is consider desirable customer service then clearly y'all have fell short. Won't be returning and I plan to dispute my money back to my card. Read moreCame through the drive through about 10pm ordered two low carb bowls and a 5 way, Boyfriend told the girl taking the order 3 times we wanted the low carb or (coney bowls) one with light onions, we get to the window she told us the total boyfriend asked if she got both bowls she said oh you wanted two, than lm pretty sure she was the manager she came to the window and asked again what we wanted, I knew at that point our order was going to be messed up, so we get home and one low carb bowl with light onions had maybe 6 onions the other was mostly cheese (yes they put the cheese on it) the 5 way had hardly any chili and no cheese we also received a really small bowl with a little bit of Chili a single hot dog and like a pinch of cheese I’m taking it that was a unless chili dog off the kids meal we didn’t even order that,we only stopped there beacuse they were the closest one to us open late but maybe they shouldn’t be because just by the way they spoke and the vibes we got seems the staff working at night don’t seem to care, will not be returning to that location and would advise others to...
Read moreI went through the drive thru and placed a 30.00 order, using a Gold Star gift card. I had 50.00 on it, but the drive thru cashier didn't know what he was doing and said in declined.
Then, he said he checked with the manager on duty and she said there's no money on the card.
I then i had to pull out of the drive through, pull over and call the gift card to check the balance. Just like I already knew, it Said I had 50.00 balance.
I then went back through the drive thru and there was another worker who took the time to punch in the card number, which the other worker, just didn't know how to do.
That last employee(Lando) did an excellent job. He was very customer centric. He took the time out the manager should have taken to make sure a 30.00 sale didn't unnecessarily walk.
Looking back on it, that just shows how some people really don't care about the company making money. If they lose sales like this regularly, no one obviously cares or the owner...
